摘要：
介绍了一种TMN网管故障管理的告警Agent设计方案,综合各种网管产品的共同特点,充分考虑各种设备的特异性,实现故障管理的主要功能及平台化目标。运行状况表明,该系统具有良好的易用性和扩展性。

Abstract:
This paper introduces an alarm agent module for TMN fault management.The major function of fault management is realized on the basis of the common and specific features of various network management devices.The design can also serve as a platform.Its operation shows that the system has great utility and extendibility.
