摘要:

作业车间存在诸多不确定信息和干扰的生产。为解决作业车间环境下制造执行系统的动态调度问题,文中介绍了基于人工鱼群算法的制造执行系统动态调度方法的设计,并深入研究了人工鱼群算法的应用。为使人工鱼群算法能应用于离散的生产调度问题中,依据实际情况对算法进行了部分修改。最终将改进后的人工鱼群算法应用于制造执行系统的车间动态调度中,优化了调度结果的质量。

Abstract:

There is much uncertain information and disturbance in work shops.To resolve the dynamic scheduling problem in the manufacturing execution system in the work shop,this article designs a workshop dynamic scheduling in the manufacturing execution system based on the artificial fish algorithm.The artificial fish algorithm is further researched.It can be used for the discrete system after partial modifications and improvements according to the actual situation.It optimizes the quality of scheduling results when applied to workshop dynamic scheduling in the manufacturing execution system.
