摘要:

介绍了一种甲烷体积分数数据采集系统。该系统运用分子辐射吸收理论的红外检测技术,设计了CH4体积分数检测的红外传感器,其具有响应速度快、能在恶劣环境下工作的优点。信号调理电路采用锁相放大器进行微弱信号检测,同时软件设计中采用有理数滤波算法进行数据处理,能显著提高系统的检测精度和稳定性。实验表明:测试精度约为5×106,可广泛用于化工、电力、矿山等行业的危险气体监测。

Abstract:

The system of methane concentration data collection is introduced.This system uses the detection technology based on the theory of molecular absorption of infrared radiation to design a system of CH4 concentration detection infrared sensors,which have fast response and can work under hazardous conditions.The signal conditioning circuit uses the lock-in amplifier for weak signal detection,and by using the rational filtering algorithm to process the data in software design,it can significantly improve the accuracy and stability of detection.Experimental results show that the testing precision is 5 ppm.It can be widely used in dangerous gas monitoring in such sectors as chemistry,electric power and mining.
