Design of the 24 V DC Motor Control System

Abstract:

Based on the principle of the PWM DC Speed,this article uses PIC16F690 MCU and MOSFET to design a 24 V brushless DC motor driver.The implementation of the control system with a PIC16F690 microcontroller as the core is described.The overall block diagram of the design,some hardware circuits and control software flow chart are given.The drive has been put into production,and the practical application shows that the design is simple,accurate,efficient,and can meet the requirements of practical engineering applications.
