Abstract:

In view of a shock death accident of the low pressure side user caused by the arrester explosion of the high-pressure side of 10 kV distribution transformers,this paper analyzes the cause of the accident of electric shock and proposes some ensure effective measures for the protection of distribution system and personal safety.
