Abstract

Abstract:

This Paper presents a compact tripleband PIFA with parasitic unit working for GSM850/DCS1800/PCS1900.The bandwidth is 820~930 MHz and 1 690~2 120 MHz at S^₁₁<-5 dB.for the GSM850/DCS1800/PCS1900,the measured peak gain is 3.09 dB,4.41 dB and 3.40 dB respectively,which meet the performance requirements of the mobile terminals working in the triple-band of GSM850/DCS1800/PCS1900.The proposed antenna is compact,lightweighted,and applicable in mobile communication terminals.
