Comparison and Simulation of the Methods for Moving Object Detection

Abstract:

Two commonly used moving object detection methods,the Three-Frame-Differencing and mixture Gaussian model,are studied.Performances of the two methods are tested with video samples,based on which the accuracy and results are compared to indicate their applicability and limitation.
