Research on and Design of the IVR System Based on Asterisk

Abstract:

The IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system is a powerful automatic phone system which provides a service system for clients on the menu navigation function.It is also an important part of the call center to control the business process.The Asterisk is the open source software which is launched by Digium.The paper introduces the Asterisk platform and designs a framework of the IVR system.By designing the process of service and the module of Callback,and analyzing them,we can improve the service efficiency of the IVR system.
