Design and Study of Low Voltage High-Efficient Microwave Amplifier

This paper introduces a method applied to low voltage microwave dual polarity transistor amplifier.Through the analysis of equivalent circuit model,it compares the output power,efficiency and linearity of using load-pull,small signal and the method proposed in this paper,and designs an amplifier to prove it.The three different matching methods are compared.Simulation results show that the proposed method improves the output power,efficiency and linearity.
