Abstract:

In this paper,we analyse the fault modes existing in ramp test for X-type Automatic Direction Finder systematically by FMEA method,find the effect and fault inclement degree of each fault mode on the product itself,the system and the aircraft,propose the design improvement measurement and apply it into improved product,and finally realize the reliability improvement target by tests.
