基于Android系统的H.264视频压缩技术实现

Abstract

Abstract:

This paper proposes a technical design of H.264 Video Compression based on Android platform.The terminal design of this scheme is based on the hardware platform of S3C6410 processor and software platform Android version 2.3.Through the graft of webcam USB driven on the terminal platform,the video images H.264 standard compression and Socket network programming,the Real-time display of network video monitor is realized.
