Abstract:

The main technical and economic characteristics of the electric power industry are described from the perspective of power grid planning.Some basic concepts of power grid planning,such as load rate,load at the same time rate,load rate,capacity load ratio and so on,are analyzed.City network planning is classified by time and voltage grade.And finally,the basic process of city network planning is put forward for references to electric power planning workers.
