Abstract:

This paper,based on ADC method for evaluation model,estimates the basic efficiency of ESJ effectively,and verifies the model.Furthermore,this paper analyses the influencing factors of the interference ESJ efficiency,offering the theoretical foundation for the research into the operational effectiveness of ESJ.
