Abstract:

The leap second violates the rule of 60 seconds per minute. The aerospace monitoring and trajectory control,time-frequency subsystem IRIG-B code terminal needs to adapt to the leap second time adjustment in order to meet the needs of the monitoring and control system.A method for time information and leap second processing is proposed,by which the IRIG-B code terminal is able to adapt to the leap second time to achieve the unity of time between the monitoring stations.Different external reference conditions for leap seconds on IRIG-B code terminal equipment are simulated, which verifies that the terminal has good adaptability to leap seconds with easy and flexibility adjustment on different bases.
