Abstract:

This article presents a dual adjustable power module design capable of self-test and automatic switch for aviation technology,and its application and working conditions are introduced.The circuit,working principles key components selection and structural design requirements are analyzed.Solutions are given to the difficult technical problems and appearance structure.Experiments show that the product can be used in aircraft cabin lamp power control system with the advantages of easy cooling,easy installation,stable and reliable output,and standard terminal specifications.And the grid filter has good anti-electromagnetic radiation interference performance,and each output is closed-loop voltage controlled,thus the output stability and ease operation.
