Parallel Mission Record Data Compression Algorithm Based on Multi-core Processor

Abstract:

Data record and replay is one of the most important modules in mission electronic system.In the procedure of mission execution,real-time data are recorded for later replay and analysis.The size of recorded data increases sharply with the rapid development of sensor performance.The zlib library is used to compress real-time data to overcome the bottleneck of data record performance in speed,and a parallel data compression algorithm on multi-core processor is proposed,which makes full use of multi-core processor to implement multithreaded parallel computing power compression.Experimental data show that encouraging speedup and compression ratio are achieved by using parallelization.
