Instantaneous Darget Using Circuit of Infrared Detection

Abstract:

In the range test,it often needs a projectile moment as the start time reference signal.The infrared spectral characteristic of the flare signal is analyzed in this paper,and the InSb infrared detector is used to design the muzzle triggering system.With indium antimonite device for transient target infrared signal by photoelectric conversion,the dark resistance matching method is adopted to improve the detection sensitivity of the system.Difference threshold processing method is put forward in this paper,and the weak target signals under strong background luminance brightness system can be detected accurately.Through the range test,in the range of 50 m,the timing precision of the detection system developed at 1 μs.
