Abstract:

Medical image fusion based on multiscale geometric analysis is discussed in this paper.This algorithm first uses contoulet transform to decompose the image,and uses shearlet transform to deal with the low frequency component and wavelet transform to deal with the high frequency components.All the components are fused together and the final image is obtained by inverse contourlet transform.Experimental result shows our method improves the information entropy and average gradient of the image with better image singularity.
