Abstract:

A real-time monitoring management system in mechanical workshop based on Norm of working hour and Web technology is designed and achieved to solve the problems of disordered working ticket schedule,difficult quality trace,and redundant working hour statistics and so on.The basic functions and database structure of the workshop's management system in the whole ERP management systems are defined and realized through the analysis of the permissions for service personal and design of cooperative management with upstream order management system,downstream inventory management and financial management systems.The system has been implemented in a motor factory in Shanghai and is running well with reinforced staff information sharing and collaboration between and an improved working efficiency by 30%.
