Study of Blast Furnace Gas Washing Facilities Safety Based on WSN District Monitoring

Abstract:

An improved algorithm based on partition of wireless sensor network (WSN) monitoring used for monitoring and managing blast furnace gas facilities is proposed for the safety of blast furnace gas equipment.Wireless sensor nodes are laid out in a certain way in the device,forming a monitoring network to collect data,which are analyzed by the algorithm to convey the corresponding operating instructions or sound the alarm.According to the simulation graphics,this algorithm can detect the problems more quickly,effectively improving the safety of blast furnace gas washing equipment data analysis and early warning.
