Abstract:
At present,the self-test unit of the traditional test equipment covers only channel checks,and can not detect the work temporal logic,which may affect the product's safety testing if the test device timing is abnormal.This paper presents the design and implementation of a checking device for the temporal logic of power supply interface including the design,hardware/software development,and the entire work process and functions.Results show that the checking device greatly improves detection depth,early malfunction elimination and product safety testing.
