Abstract:
To solve the technical problems of matched cofiring of microwave ferrite material,low temperature metallic slurry and LTCC ceramic material,an xband single Y junction LTCC ferrite circulator is designed by eigen mode design method using simulation of microwave HFSS and AutoCAD software and the impedance matching technology.The device model demonstrates ring features in the 10.9~12 GHz frequency range with a bandwidth of 1.1 GHz,an insertion loss≤0.5 dB,a return loss≥10 dB,isolation degree≥13 dB,standing wave ratio≤ 1.5 dB.This design is expected to effectively combine the microwave circulator with low temperature cofiring ceramic (LTCC) technology.
