Abstract:

In recent years,with the development of optical and satellite communication toward broadband,the bandwidth of the filter is increasingly wide.A low-noise amplifier,which owns a very low noise figure (NF) and a wide frequency band,is designed in this paper.The LNA owns a low gain flatness,which is less than 1 decibel.The matching of the input and output of this LNA and its stability are well.
