    The traditional methods for field performance prediction of the IR imaging system are first analyzed.Given its disadvantage,a new method for field performance prediction of the IR imaging system is presented.Specifically,the average difference temperature between target and background is obtained from the thermal images,and the TOD rules and target transfer probability function are used to predict the detection and recognition probability.Simulation results show that the predicted values and experimental test results are in good agreement.

    The CCSDS Image Data Compression standard uses 9/7 integer lifting wavelet transform as the core algorithm,which is simple and easy in hardware design and implementation.This paper designs and implements a 9/7 integer lifting wavelet transform system based on FPGA with internal RAM memory to reduce the demand for storage,and with the line-based column transform method,by which the row transform and column transform are done simultaneously,thereby increasing the speed.Simulation and synthesis results show that the design requires less hardware resources and runs faster.

    Turbo code is applied in many fields for its excellent performance in correction.Turbo-code is introduced to the DVB-S system to improve its performance.A comparison in performance with the conventional system through simulation is made,and the BERs under different SNR by different decoding algorithms are presented.Experiment results show that Turbo-based DVB-S has a significant improvement in performance.

    An improved transmit diversity mode for a variety of wireless channels,the space time trellis code is based on delay diversity combined with TCM code.QPSK modulation is used to suppress the noise accumulation due to the fact that it is more suitable for noisy environment than the QAM and that QPSK modulation possess ideal error protection.The STTC code in QPSK systems has better correction and lower bit error rate and block error rate.

    Self-consistent solution of 3D passion-2D Schrodinger equation is applied to compute the distribution of  the potential and the electronic density in the Quantum Point Contact (QPC) device.A comparison is made of the simulation results with the traditional saddle potential.The effect of the gate-structure and bias voltage on the saddle potential is found and discussed,which is of help in designing QPC sensors.

    The OSC presented in this paper is designed specifically for the constant current and constant voltage (CV-CC) control technology and Jitter Frequency (Frequency Shuffling) technology.In the current control PWM mode,the wave signal has good linearity,and the system automatically enters the Burst mode when the load is light,thus improving its efficiency.The circuit is designed by the 1.0 μm 40 V CMOS process.Pre-simulation and post-simulation are done using Hspice,and simulation results show that it has good performance and can be used PWM circuits.

    The electromagnetic radiation characteristics of Pentium 4CPU heatsink are analyzed with the help of HFSS.The influence of the ratio of longside to wideside of heatsink underside and the orientations and heights of fins on first resonance frequency,electric field gain and radiant direction is studied,which indicates that for the ratio of longside to wideside not smaller than 1,the resonance frequency remains at about 2.6 GHz and the gain of electric field stays constant at about 8.3 dB,while the radiant directions change obviously with increasing wideside;and the effects of orientations of fins on electric field and radiant direction can be neglected,while the height of longitudinal fins has a significant effect on resonance frequency.

    In the applications of modern high-speed and high-performance digital circuits,one of the bottlenecks is the simultaneous switching noise arising between the power and ground planes.For the suppression of SSN,a novel MS-Electromagnetic Band-Gap (EBG) structure is proposed in this paper,whose unit cell consists of a meander line along with slot and square metal patch.Simulation results show that a stop-band of 0.6 GHz to 5.9 GHz and a suppression depth of -30 dB are obtained with the novel EBG structure.Compared with the traditional L-bridge EBG structure with the same size,the stop-band bandwidth increases by 1.3 GHz and the relative bandwidth enhances by approximately 10%.

    This paper presents a prototype of chaotic communication system based on FM-DCSK modulation scheme and realizes partial key circuits of the prototype. At the transmitter,the FM-DCSK modulator generates wide-band FM signal by the Lorenz circuit and frequency modulation circuit. The FM signal is converted to digital signal to implement the delay line and modulation on FPGAs. At the receiver,based on non-coherent correlation demodulation,bit synchronization is carried out by the following three steps:first define the ratio of correlation and energy as timing measure,then set a threshold and slide the integration window to acquire the start time of a bit,and finally track the max of the correlation and correct the timing error via digital PLL. Simulations show that the BER performance of the prototype is close to the thesis,just 0.2 dB degraded.

    The selection of kernel function is a decisive factor on the performance of support vector machines (SVM).However,most users select parameters by rule of thumb,and frequently fail to generate the optimal parameters effect for the function,which has restricted the effective use of SVM to a certain extent.This paper presents an automatic parameter selection method for SVM combining the adaptive genetic algorithm.This method selects crossover probability and mutation probability according to the fitness values of the object function,and thus reduces the convergence time and improves the precision of GA,insuring the accuracy of parameter selection.The application of this method in off-line handwriting Chinese character recognition demonstrates an improvement of the generalization performance for support vector machines.

    An adaptive mage fire detection algorithm is presented.The kernel function is chosen with the effect of sample data in carful consideration,and corrected by the conformal transformation method of information geometry.Then the corrected function is used to train the SVM to identify fire.The experiment results show that this algorithm improves the classification precision of fire image and accuracy of fire reorganization.

    According to the number of the vertices and the relation matrix of a binary relation given by a user,the relation matrix of transitive closure of a binary relation is found using the power operator,addition operator and 0,1 transformation.With the help of VB,the relative operator is realized and the relation graph of the binary relation and its transitive closure is drawn.The method for drawing an arc is not provided in VB directly,and therefore the author chooses a point in the line between vertex i and vertex j by definite proportion,and then adopts appropriate offset to draw the arrows with a desirable effect.

    With the rapid development and application of information technology in association with diverse technologies,complex application and distributed calculation,many application systems have been built up either on the distributed network or with a variety of heterogeneous resources.The information systems of e-government sectors are mostly developed using different tools,at different development platforms,during different periods and by different developers.This will inevitably bring great inconvenience to the future applications of associated integration.In order to ensure data consistency and improve data sharing,one need to create a data exchange platform covering a variety of heterogeneous systems.This paper,through in-depth research and analysis,proposes specific technical solutions to the integration of multiple information systems.
