    This paper does the“and” operation for the pre-designed template standard of license plate character and the character to be recognized.It puts forward two discriminant functions,calculates the minimum of standard deviation of the template,the character to be recognized and the matching result,calculates the maximum sum of the matrix elements of the matching result,and makes an analysis of their results.Then it uses them together.The results show that it has better result than the previous method in recognition of some characters.

    Application of the techniques of image analysis and pattern recognition to the sorted diagnose of Tilletia disease is of significance to improving the automation of detecting the diseases of entry-exit plants.After an analysis of the shapes and texture features of the spore images of Tilletia caries (DC.) Tul.,Tilletia indica Mitra and Tilletia controversa Kühn,this paper selects six typical features including major axis,minor axis,minor axis of equivalent ellipse,area,perimeter and moment of inertia to describe the spore region.Next,a classifier for wheat disease based on the BP neural network consisting of 6 input vectors and 4 output vectors is designed for the classification of the three diseases' images.The primary tests,in which the accuracy of recognition accuracy towards 33 samples is up to 81.8%,shows high accuracy and capability of the classification of the three diseases.

    Image tracking algorithm based on normalized mutual information,which has good stability when the target is rotated,occluded or the illumination condition is changed.However,in a practical tracking system,algorithm is also required to adapt to change in the appearance of moving objects in real-time.With this in mind,on the basis of the research of normalized mutual information tracking algorithm,a new adaptive template size update strategy was introduced in this paper.The strategy is the measure based on information of multi-scale image in scale space.Experimental results demonstrate that the template can be modified adaptively when the target size is changed.And stability and adaptability of the improved tracking algorithm has greatly improved.

    A broadband high isolation dual-polarized dipole antenna element is presented.Which is suitable for the base station antenna.The parameters of the antenna are simulated and analysed by the EM simulation software HFSS.The VSWR is below 1.35 with the frequency range between 698 and 960 MHz.The port isolation is greater than 41 dB.And the antenna has a perfect miniaturization characteristics.This design provides a useful way for the design of the low-frequency-band broadband Mobile communication base station antenna.

    A C-Band broadband monolithic low noise amplifier is designed based on 0.15 μm GaAs PHEMT process.The circuit is formed by cascading three stages of amplifiers.To solve the problem of complex power supply,each of the stage uses a self-biased resistance to achieve a single power supply.It not only ensures PHEMT to work at an optimum operation point with low noise and high gain,but integrates all components (including the bias circuit) in a monolithic GaAs substrate also.A parallel negative feedback structure is used in the third stage of the circuit to reduce gain of the low-frequency band and raise gain of the high-frequency band,which improves the gain flatness of the amplifier.Results from simulation based on AWR Microwave Office show that the designed LNA has a noise figure(NF) below 1.4 dB,a power gain of 23 dB,a gain flatness of less than ±0.5 dB and input and output VSWR of less than 2.0 over the frequency range of 4~8 GHz.

    In view of the fact that in logging in the signal transmission speed is low and that the operation is complicated,this paper presents a new method for high-speed data acquisition and transfer.The newly designed system uses the high-speed AD converter.It uses a flexible,cost-efficient FPGA chip,EP1C6,as a platform and uses USB transfer to achieve a sound piece logging system based on Verilog.In the end,the sound amplitude obtained from the host computer is used to determine the quality of cementing.If the cement bond is good,the cementing sound amplitude log value is low;for poor cement bond,the cementing sound amplitude log value is high.

    A new low-profile broadband microstrip antenna with slots is presented.U-slot loading technique is used to produce a new resonance point and broaden the impedance bandwidth.The antenna characteristics are analyzed and optimized numerically with Ansoft HFSS,and the simulation results show that there are two resonant frequencies of 12.83 GHz and 15.06 GHz.The relative bandwidth for |S11|<-10 dB can reach up to 940 MHz and 770 MHz.

    Static Inverter is a key component of aircraft electrical power system (EPS).It is not only associated with the flight safety,but also a key element which affects the technology level of aircraft EPS.This paper focuses on the research on the realization methodology of the static inverter,and presents a double Buck inverter topology for the static inverter.A single phase double Buck circuit topology is used,which can eliminate the short circuit in one side of bridge.The diode attached to the switching device will not be involved in the operation.Therefore,there will be no large power loss of the switching device.The efficiency and reliability of the static inverter will be higher.The presented topology for the static inverter has been verified by simulation results.

    A wireless communications technology program based on IEEE802.15.4 is proposed.A low-power chip CC2420 which conforms with ZigBee specification developed by Chipcon Enterprise is used in this program.This paper briefly introduces the architecture of wireless voice communication and a design of wireless system which uses MSP430 microcontroller and CC2420 RF transceiver.A good short-range wireless transmission and PWM output are achieved by using small external components;the effectiveness of wireless transmission is tested by sine wave.The results show that this program has the advantages of low cost and better sound quality.

    Recently identification of individual radio transmitters is an important problem,which is different from traditional modulation identification of communication signals.Identification technology of radio transmitters is an analysis and extraction technology based on individual different signal dactylogram of the same kind of radio transmitters.The difficulties and solution are discussed in this article.The individual characters of steady radio signals,such as radio transmitters offset of carrier frequency and modulation parameter and the difference of signal hash export component,are discussed.These characters are carried as signal dactylogram reflecting the individual technical characteristic of radio transmitters.An identification project of individual radio transmitters is proposed which is important for individual identification to play a role in the military communication counter-measure program.

    In order to reduce the algorithm complexity of FPGA implementation for 3-level SVPWM and the resources occupied by the SVPWM module,the paper proposes a new SVPWM control algorithm by using the small capacity ROM and the relationship between sine and cosine functions.The hardware design of the algorithm is implemented by using Verilog HDL,and packaged into IP cores to facilitate design reuse.The design is tested and verified by Altera's DE2 board,which shows the flexibility and expandability of the SOPC embedded system.

    In view of the difficulty of heat fee collection and unreasonable billing by area,a new type of intelligent meter and its accompanying remote automatic meter reading system is designed in this paper.The entire system is composed of warm air measuring appliance,data transmission system and PC.Through real-time measurement of voltage difference of Pt1000 bridge ends by the heat meter,it calculates the temperature by counting the Hall flowing meter.It obtains the flow value of the users in a short period of time by virtue of the final application of flow and heat.The amount of heat value measurement data can be passed through the CAN bus to the PC,whose management system processes the data.Testing shows that this scheme can achieve intelligent measurement of heat fee in communities.

    We adopt an equation group of 16 equations to measure the weak sine signal with unknown phase place.The threshold values of the 16 equations are already confirmed.When the weak signal joins the system,we verify 16 equations one by one to see whether the phase portrait changes from chaos to big yardstick cycles in the systematic output.If so,this equation can be used to measure the signal.If not,the experiment is continued.We can find one or many equations that are suited finally.In this paper,we consider the mean of those equations with phase portrait changes as the amplitude of the weak signal.

    Texture mapping is an important part of realistic image drawing.The texture mapping algorithm this paper puts forward is improved based on two traditional mapping algorithms.Because by the traditional mapping algorithm the texture gathering phenomenon always appears in the two poles of an object and there are obvious seams,the realistic effect is not satisfactory.This paper uses suitable stretching transformation on the texture pattern,then does inverse transformation to the mapping and match the seam through the triangular mesh.By this algorithm a seamless texture is achieved and the continuity of the surface is maintained with small deformation.

    The primary goal of Vehicular Ad hoc Network is to provide life safety on the road.To achieve this,vehicles should make full use of safety messages.In this paper,the safety messages are divided into two types:Heart Heat Safety Message and Emergency Alarm Safety Message.We introduce the traffic flow theory and discuss the safety application based on the Heart Beat Safety Message in the Free-flow phase.The impact of successful data transmission rate and frequency transmission by Heart Beat Safety Message on the safety level is emphasized.We make the mathematical modeling from the point of probability theory.Simulation shows that improving the successful transmission rate can enhance the safety level and that a higher transmission frequency of safety messages also guarantees the safety without causing net congestion.

    An algorithm based on chaos transform for relational database watermarking is proposed in this paper,which uses the encrypted images sequence as watermarks and embeds them into the database according to the weight of attributes.The combination of the watermarking technology with the chaos theory improves the invisibility of watermarks.And watermark detection is blind.Experimental results show that the proposed scheme has good invisibility and robustness against various forms of attacks.

    The binaryzation method used in License plate location(LPL) is important.The location performance is influenced obviously by the location of binaryzation and the binaryzation method.Since the license plate region has rich edge information,its intensity as well as the local standard deviation can provide useful information for the binaryzation threshold value.This paper presents a new binaryzation method which combines intensity and standard deviation information,and then we extract license plates by fusing region ands computing connected domains.The experiment shows that this proposed binaryzation method is robust for various intensity and noise condition.It can locate the plate accurately by fusing regions and computing connected domains.

    The two important techniques in the understanding of the radio spectrum,perception and prediction is discussed.The system operating parameters are changed in real time adaptively according to certain learning and decision-making algorithms for the wireless communication environment for perception to dynamically detect and effectively use the free spectrum.Studies show that in theory multidimensional spectrum reuse in time,frequency and time is allowed,and thus the frequency spectrum and bandwidth constraints and the constraints on the development of the wireless technology are greatly reduced.

    One of the method for increasing civil traffic density is the introduction of the RVSM criteria to increase additional usable flight levels such that the flight level separation is 300 m throughout the band between FL290 and FL410.RVSM airspace is a special navigation area of operation.Newly designed civil aircraft should be authorized by appropriate CAAC offices before the its operator conducts flight operations in RVSM airspace.The analysis of avionics error components are deeply studied to show how a newly designed civil aircraft can meet RVSM requirement.
