    Based on the theory of the DRA and antenna feed mode,the thesis analyzes the influence of two factors on the antenna performance including the height and radius of the cylindrical dielectric resonators.Ansoft HFSS is applied to establish this model and the simulated VSWR is offered as a result.The simulation results show that the antenna performance is the best when Rc is 2.9 mm and Hc is 4 mm,and that the optimized parameters of the cylindrical dielectric resonator improve the performance of the antenna.

    The cardiovascular tester based on the embedded computer is an updated version of the previous one.We developed a preamplifier circuit which can filter and amplify the pulse signal and the amplification can be easily adjusted by the embedded computer.The Proteus is adopted,on which circuit simulation and performance analysis is conducted.The results show that the simulation results and actual results are very close and meet the design requirements.Our design can improve design efficiency and save cost and is therefore worth popularizing.

    Based on the basic principles of linear segmented compensation and the output branch structure of the internal temperature of negative feedback,this paper proposes a novel structure which is simple and adapts to high order compensation methods of different opening directions.It also designs a low temperature float high precision voltage reference circuit based on the current mirror structure.Simulation by the CSMC 0.35 μm CMOS process indicates this bandgap reference can reach a temperature coefficient of 2.84 ℃ from -40 to125 ℃.PSRR can reach -70.6 dB and -63.36 dB at 100 Hz and 10 kHz PSRR,respectively.When the power supply voltage is in the range 2~3 V,the voltage fluctuation value is 3 mV/V.The proposed BGR has good overall performance.

    The implementation scheme for the all-in-one instrument based on FPGA is proposed.It applies the 32bits NIOS processor and customizes the hardware system on DE2 Development based on the flexible allocation of SOPC.The function of digital oscilloscopes and function signal generator is realized through programming in the NIOS IDE environment.This system makes the control unit and timing unit designed on one chip and therefore achieves good portability.The experimental results show that the oscilloscopes and generator can work in parallel.

    This article introduces the C8051F single-chip micro-computer and the LCD controller KS0108.Using them as the core,we have designed the single-chip micro-computer LCD system.In the thesis,we put emphasis on the technology of graphic dynamic display,and describe the LCM's hardware and software features.The circuit that we have designed is emulated in the C8051F020 single-chip micro-computer emulation experiment system.That experimental result shows that we have achieved the expected goal in the design.

    The working principle of the tunable Fabry-Perot (F-P) filter is analyzed,and the driving circuit of the filter is designed.In the experiment,a sawtooth wave is obtained by using a digital circuit,which is amplified by an analog circuit.Thus the duty cycle of the rising edge of the sawtooth wave can amount to 99.90%.And its frequency can be adjusted from 0 to 50 Hz.Both the amplitude of the output voltage and offset can be adjusted from 0 V to 30 V.To sample and search the signal and peak more easily,the applied voltage is rectified by using the cubic fitting algorithm in a free spectral range.Experiment results show that the standard error and the maximum error of the tuning wavelength are reduced by 62.7% and 80.1%,respectively.

    The principles of a navigation equipment's frequency synthesizer are introduced.To reduce the high malfunction rate of its voltage control oscillation subassembly,an improved voltage control oscillation is designed.In this design,the voltage control oscillation subassembly is implemented by an improved three-dot capacitance oscillation circuit.Its implementation method is presented.This voltage control oscillation subassembly has good performance,simple testing,stable output frequency and good reliability.It meets the performance index of the complete device and can replace the original voltage control oscillation subassembly.

    With the wide application of IP cores in the system on the chip,more and more interconnection bus has been used in the IP cores,leading to the problem of the signal dis-integrity.And the traditional serial scanning topology structure cannot satisfy the requirements of the development task of the test system.The IEEE 1149.1 standard proposed a TAP.7 interface standard that supports three topology structures.This paper gives a test method for the interconnected signal integrity based on CJTAG with emphasis on the design of the TAP.7 interface converter.Testing results show that this system has good application prospects.

    The FPGA system analyzed in this paper has the digital circuit as its core.It is composed of the digital signal generator,low pass filter,adder,pseudo random signal generator and digital signal analysis circuit.The system scheme is compared and the circuit and software are analyzed and designed.To reduce the data rate error and pseudo random code error,eye and eye amplitude were measured.Test results show that error values are within the allowable range.

    This paper addresses an issue in energy harvesting that has plagued the potential use of harvesting through the piezoelectric effect at the micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS) scale.Effective energy harvesting devices typically consist of a cantilever beam substrate coated with a thin layer of piezoceramic material to resonant at the dominant frequency of the ambient vibration.The fundamental natural frequency of a beam increases as its length decreases,so that at the MEMS scale resonance occurs orders of magnitude higher than ambient vibration frequencies,rendering the harvester ineffective.Here,we propose a new geometry for MEMS scale cantilever harvesters with low fundamental frequencies.To this zigzag configuration,we proved it can decrease its resonant to ambient by ANSYS.

    A DSP-based power quality monitoring system is introduced.Modular circuits for signal conditioning circuit and phase-locked frequency multiplication are also given.According to the modulus maximum theory of wavelet transform coefficient and multi-resolution decomposition of the transient signal which have been collected by the monitoring system,it accurately achieves the detection of the transient signal.Finally,according to the wavelet transform of the signal collected based on MATLAB,the result shows that wavelet transform can accurately detect the point of mutation of the power quality transient signal and testify the accuracy and reliability of wavelet detection.

    The transformer vibration signal has the characteristics of being non-stationary and non-linear.This paper proposes combining the empirical mode decomposition(EMD) with adding-weight one-rank local-region method to predict the trend of the transformer vibration signal.First,the vibration signal collected at the scene is decomposed by the empirical mode.Then the phase space reconstruction theory is adopted to determine the appropriate time delay and embedding dimension for each intrinsic mode function of phase space reconstruction.After that,the adding-weight one-rank local-region method is used to predict and merge the components of the vibration signal.The experimental results show that this method can accurately predict the transformer vibration signal's change in trends and effectively monitor the transformer's running state.

    The Infrared Focal Plane Array is widely used in every field.The infrared video signal has different needs in different areas,which leads to the complexity of the post-processing algorithm.The real-time performance needs to be effectively improved.To improve the system performance,this paper builds an infrared image acquisition and processing system based on TMS320DM642,analyzes the working principle of the infrared image acquisition and studies the way of improving the speed of signal processing.Experiment results show that the system is stable and reliable,and the image magnification algorithm based on the system meets the real-time requirement.The success of this experiment lays a foundation for the subsequent signal processing.

    The bottom-gate electrode is deposited on the Si substrate with electron beam evaporation method.Thin film of SiO2 is grown on the bottom-gate electrode.The suspending liquid with single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) which are fabricated by the commercial SWCNTs with ultra-sonic and dispersion procedures was spin-coated on the thin film of SiO2.The drain-source electrodes were formed on the thin films of the SWCNTs by shadow mask electron beam evaporation.Too much chemistry contact with the SWCNTs is avoided by using this technology,and the properties of the SWCNTs are preserved effectively.The electricity performance of the CNT-FET device is tested at room temperature.The SWCNTs random networks thin film FETs had the advantages of steady performance,good repeatability and uniformity.This technique can be used for constructing logic circuits in CNTs,and provide valuable references for making research on large-scale and low-cost ICs based on CNTs.

    In order to ensure that vehicles go through winding roads safely and effectively,accurate identification of the bend curvature is particularly important.Therefore,this article proposes a technology of identifying winding roads based on wavelet decomposition.This algorithm collects the real-time road images with vehicle-mounted CCD.The wavelet of the collected images is then de-noised and its edge detected.Finally the lane's line is accurately identified.The curvature radius is determined through curve fitting.Experiments show that this algorithm can accurately identify the curvature radius of the winding roads.

    This testing system is based on LabVIEW.This study covers signal generation,signal analysis and processing,and case studies.First,the structural frame of this system and the design procedure of main programs are simply summarized;then the installation steps of the PCI-9111HR DAQ card and virtual signal generator are explained in detail,and the functions of signal analysis and processing are described.Finally,two examples about the virtual instrument is given,and the design process and the results are analyzed.It is shown that this system can lower the experimental cost and improve utilization ratio.

    In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the railway system,this paper designs a new type of inverse magnetostrictive transducer which converts energy from the pressure of railway steel based on the layout conditions of monitoring nodes,and this transducer can meet the needs of nodes with its conversion efficiency reaching 32.6 mW.This paper also presents a railway steel pressure monitoring system based on CC2430+GPRS.The hardware and software design of the coordinator and RFD nodes are given.An intermittent network is established using double coordinators.Through the field experiments in a railway station,the largest single jump distance approximates 60 m,and the data transmission success rate is higher than 96%.This system can also balance the energy consumption of each node,effectively increasing its life.

    In order to enhance the rapid deployment of the intelligent household system and to reduce the cost of construction,this paper presents a design scheme of the intelligent household system,in which the Zigbee wireless networking technology has been used to construct the basic internal network.On the basis of CC2430 radio chip and in virtue of some peripheral circuits,the scheme designs the hardware circuit of the terminal device and the Center Coordinator;according to the Zigbee stack,C language is used to design the communication application software for the terminal device and the Center Coordinator.

    With the development of electronic technology,the first priority for designers is to ensure normal working of high speed circuits.As a signal transmission carrier,the integral transmission of high speed digital signal on PCB board becomes a important indicator of the design.This paper analyzes the reason for and solution of crosstalk by the electromagnetic theory and tests the theory via global and crosstalk simulation of a PCB board.A comparison is made of different termination techniques and the best scheme is selected to decrease crosstalk to a reasonable degree.

    An algorithm for moving object tracking based on video sequence is introduced,which integrates Kalman filtering and Meanshift algorithm to realize fast-moving target tracking.Kalman filter predicts the possible position in the next frame,while the Meanshift algorithm locates the precise position of the Target.Actual tests show that this algorithm effectively overcomes the problem of missing target when the tracking target is moving fast,and that target tracking efficiency is improved significantly.

    Due to the limitation of software and hardware of the sensor node,lifetime of Wireless sensor network (WSN) is limited,and the research of WSN routing protocol is one of the most effective ways to extend the network lifetime.LEACH protocol is a classical cluster routing protocol.This paper proposes an improvement based on LEACH protocol,applying K-medoids algorithms to improve the mechanism of the selection of cluster head.Simulation results have confirmed that the improved LEACH protocol is superior in extending network lifetime and equalizing energy wastage.

    We use the Gauss-Newton method to find the parameters in the parameters calibration for PCMM (Portable Coordinate Measuring Machine).Then we find the relationship between the identification of parameters and the conditions numbers of Jacobin Matrix,and in practical the conditions numbers of Jacobin Matrix depends on the sample point.Therefore,the sampling strategy must be optimized.Using the cone and standard bar as a calibration standard,this paper presents an optimized sampling strategy to increase the value range of each joint and thus minimize the conditions number of Jacobin Matrix.Experiment results show that the sampling strategy of calibration greatly improves the measurement accuracy.
