    A fast interpolation VLSI hardware architecture based on half-pixel is proposed to reduce the half-pixel motion estimation complexity for its full use of process data.ALTERA FPGA platform is employed for validation,which shows that the system runs stable at 135 MHz with the ability of encoding a high resolution video of 1080P@25fps in real time,which meets the requirement of real time video encoding and decoding.

    The low efficiency of traditional dust instruments maintenance and management has a negative impact on the production.The use of HART (Highway Addressable Remote Transducer) protocol as dust analyzer and host computer communication protocols is proposed.HART protocol communication is achieved by improving the existing dust concentration transmitter.Experimental results show that the proposed dust instrument improves in terms of efficiency of maintenance,management and fault diagnosis.

    The traditional discrete formation of dynamic coalition has large energy consumption and the historical information is often lost.A new smooth handover method for dynamic coalition is put forward to improve the above defects.Firstly,the next position of the mobile tracking target is estimated.After that,the trigger condition of the coalition handover is detected.Finally,smooth transition of the coalition is realized by processing a series of actions:the selection of coalition head,the switch between former and new coalition head,and the alteration of coalition members.Moreover,the repair mechanism is proposed in case of the track loss.This method will help avoid the repeating formation and dissolution of dynamic coalition and keep updating historical information collected by the former coalition.Simulation results indicate that the dynamic coalition achieves smooth handover and is maintained effectively.Compared with the traditional method,it reduces the cost of energy and network communication and improves the precision of tracking.The validity of the method is verified.

    The paper proposes a WSN node deployment algorithm (Genetic Algorithm Optimize Deployment Algorithm based on Single Aircraft Noise Event,named SANE-GAODA) to meet the demands of low cost and high precision airport noise monitoring systems.The cover connected set is designed by introducing single aircraft noise event with regulated constraint functions;the elite retain mechanism is adopted to increase the speed of optimization;and the idea of uniform design method is introduced to achieve the effective local search.Simulation results show that the optimal coverage set of nodes with less nodes and higher coverage percentage of airport noise events are achieved by the proposed algorithm.

    One of the core technologies of smart antennas is DOA estimation (DOA),which is of great significance in wireless communications.MUSIC algorithm is a classic DOA estimation algorithm,which has large amount of computation and an inability to distinguish coherent signals with small SNR.Some improved algorithms are proposed.This paper studies the Root MUSIC algorithm,MUSIC algorithm based on spatial smoothing techniques,improved MUSIC algorithm and modified MUSIC algorithm.The effect of the angle interval,SNR and signal coherent on the resolution of the improved MUSIC algorithm is analyzed by simulation.The proposed improved MUSIC algorithms enhance the advantages in high resolution for applications in smart antennas.

    A demodulation algorithm for IF Bipolar Phase Shift Key (BPSK) signals based on software radio technology is proposed.Baseband elements are phase demodulated,frequency and phase synchronization is realized by repeated adjustments of phase threshold method,and finally symbol synchronization is fulfilled by a simple convolution operation.The algorithm is simple and real-time,and can be used in pipeline structure.Different from conventional methods,this algorithm consists mainly of arithmetic and logic judgments of complex signals.It is to realize the algorithm on FPGA device using software radio technology.

    Cameras used to monitor the south line expressway tunnel of the Hangzhou Bay Bridge are heavily influenced by the high-low intensity light.This paper proposes improved adaptive histogram equalization (AHE) to address the problem.First,the sliding window size and AHE parameters are set according to the actual video effect.Then the sliding window is convolved with one of the video channels using improved histogram equalization equation.Finally,the other 2 channels are further convolved by this method.Results show that this algorithm can effectively eliminate the high-low intensity light,enhance the image quality,and facilitate further object tracking and classification.

    A DOA estimation of LFM signal based on subspace matching pursuit is purposed to deal with the large sampled data in the estimation of LFM signal and unsatisfactory estimation under low signal noise ratio.The subspace matching pursuit arithmetic projects the signal on the subspace,calculates the maximum projection,and finally estimates the DOA of the LFM signal.This arithmetic also improves matching pursuit arithmetic and decreases the over matching phenomenon.Simulations show that the number of over matching by the subspace matching pursuit arithmetic is much less than that by the matching pursuit arithmetic,and the DOA are estimated under low signal noise ratio.

    The basic principles of Interdigital microstrip bandpass filter are expounded.Then a brief example of designing a broad-band filter with the frequency from 7.0 to 10.3 GHz is proposed by using Agilent ADS and Ansoft HFSS.An FBW of 38.2% with low insertion and high isolation is achieved.The filter is fabricated,and the simulated and measured results are found to be in acceptable agreement with each other.

    The comb generator is widely used in microwave frequency synthesizers.In the paper,a comb generator with 100MHz input signal and 0.1~4 GHz output signal is designed based on high non-linear characteristic of step recovery diode.The initial value is calculated theoretically and the schematic is simulated and optimized by ADS.A large number of experiments show that rich harmonics are generated in the range of 0.1~4 GHz by the comb generator.

    The RF signal is divided into two part signal via limiter,amplifier and splitter.The first part signal is delayed by a special length RF cable.The delayed part signal and another part signal are delivered to orthogonal phase discriminator together and generate sin,cos analog signals.The sin and cos analog signals are the function of input RF phase and frequency.The two analog signals are changed to digital by A/D converter and fed to FPGA.The FPGA outputs frequency code by estimating,calculating and coding,thus realizing frequency measurement.

    As the most popular methods of verification,assertion-based verification and formal verification can ensure the circuit working normally.Although the circuit by this method satisfies the requirements of designer,it cannot be tested completely without error.In this paper,a software-hardware cooperation verification platform is presented,which increases the speed and reusability of verification using hardware accelerator and object-oriented verification.The experimental results show that the verification efficiency and coverage improve three to ten times in complex circuit verification.

    An infrared image interactive processing FPGA implementation is proposed based on a study of the principles of brightness and contrast adjustment and the definition of image polarity.The brightness information of the infrared image is extracted using matlab software into the storage module.the image polarity switching and multi-gear adjustment of the brightness and contrast are achieved with three steps using Verilog HDL hardware programming:the image reading,interactive processing,and VGA display.Quartus II software is used to compile the program,and the system is tested on the Altera DE2 development platform to verify the feasibility of the program and to achieve the desired effect.The system also enables thermal imager control function simulation,and the simulator for the development of the thermal imager provides a theoretical basis and reference solutions.

    Redundant data encoding is recognized as a good method for improving storage system reliability.This article studies the algorithms of erasure code.For encoding (initial synchronization) and decoding (error disk's reconstruction) operations of the single fault tolerance network disk array,this article focuses on RAID5 (parity),and proposes more efficient distributed and parallel algorithms on the basis of the original collective algorithm.The experimental results shows that algorithms based on group algorithm are much more efficient.

    In the development of NAND type solid storage system,interface chip directly affects the performance of the storage system,and an independent design of NAND controller is needed in order to maximize the performance of reading and writing.The structure of interface characteristics of NAND Flash and NAND controller is analyzed,the main logic of NAND controller and the common programming commands are described using the state machine,and the state machine logic is realized by the use of FPGA.Simulation test on the NAND main operation command shows that the design meets the requirements of NAND Flash operation timing.

    A small trolley system based on Bluetooth chip is designed with an MCU as the control core.Eclipse and Arduino programming is used for information collection,driver and speed control,and the communication between Bluetooth mobile client-side and Bluetooth car server-side is realized via serial port emulator.The movement of car is controlled by Driver L298N,and the speed by the bipolar type H reversible PWM converter.The HD camera installed in the car sends back real-time video and pictures by wireless transmission.The whole system is simple in circuit structure and reliable in performance is high with a complete software and hardware.It can operate automatically in pre-set modes in an environment,making it suitable for scientific exploration.

    In order to solve the problems of the massive data preprocessing and storage about the bridge,we propose a data preprocessing and storage model for bridge which combines the advantages of the concept of distributed processing of large data,the data stream sliding window technology and wavelet packet processing for noise reduction.The model not only saves the raw data of bridge monitoring and integrate the data preprocessing into their storage,but also alarms when the sensor is stop working.The results show that it is feasible to apply the model in massive data preprocessing and storage in bridge health monitoring.

    The principles of binocular stereo vision are introduced in this paper,and then binocular stereo vision technology is used to meet the localization requirements of the cell surface during the fully automatic changing cell for electric vehicle.Zhang Zhengyou calibration method is used to complete camera calibration and the regional matching principle to match feature points for the three-dimensional reconstruction of the cell.Experimental results show that the accuracy of binocular vision location meets the requirements for the changing cell.

    A wireless drowning features recognition system is designed to meet the application requirements of automatic monitoring swimming states.The system is not only capable of real-time monitoring of the status of swimmers accurately and automated without affecting normal swimming,but also of abnormal alarms.The system hardware consists of signal acquisition and pre-processing module,a wireless transmission module and control module.The main part of the algorithm contains serial data receiver module,data preprocessing module,drowning feature recognition module and the control module.Drowning feature recognition module is based on the artificial immune clonal selection algorithm,which has a natural recognition features pattern that can easily extract features that are difficult to extract by other recognition algorithms.Experiments show that the system can accurately and quickly identify the characteristics of non-drowning and drowning.
