    An Efficient Interior-Point Algorithm for Semidefinite Programming

    For interior-point algorithms in semidefinte programming,it is well-known that the selection of the center parameter is crucial for proving polynomility and for efficiency,However,for the previous semidefinte programming paper,the center parameter is fixed,so that this increase largely the complexity of the algorithms and reduce the effectiveness of the algorithms.In the paper,we propose an effective feasible interior point algorithm based on wide neighborhood,with a polynomial relationship between the centering parameter and search step size,and thus in each iteration,the center parameter not only changes with step size but also the optimal is found.It is also proven that the complexity and the effectiveness of the algorithm is optimal based on NT direction in the theory.

    Particle filter algorithm is a new algorithm for solving nonlinear system problems.Typically the particle filter uses importance resampling algorithm,which selects a priori distribution.But it is easily affected by external observation,leading to larger changes in weights.This paper introduces an auxiliary particle filter algorithm to improve this.The advantage of this algorithm is that the sample at the previous time is based on the current observational data,thus the sample obtained being closer to the true state.Simulation shows that the auxiliary particle filter algorithm is more effective than the sampling importance resampling.

    As a special kind of complementarity problem,stochastic linear complementarity is considered.The common method for the problem is to reformulate it as a constrained minimization problem,and then solve the minimization problem by the optimized algorithm.In this paper,we study the expected residual minimization reformulation of the stochastic linear complementarity problem.By employing the Barzilai-Borwein step size and active set strategy,a Barzilai-Borwein type method is proposed to solve this reformulation.Numerical experiments confirm that compared with the smooth projected gradient Newton method,the new method can get numerical results with less time.

    A Root-MUSIC based method for two-dimensional direction estimation using an L-shaped array is proposed.The method converts the 2-D estimation into two 1-D problems using output data of two perpendicular linear arrays in the L-shaped array.A general method of pair-matching for 1-D parameters is also proposed.This algorithm not only enjoys high resolution features as MUSIC does,but also has the advantages of simplicity and small complexity.

    This paper proposes a new non-monotone Barzilai-Borwein gradient method,and proves the global convergence of the algorithm.Matlab numerical experiments show that the algorithm for sparse signal reconstruction is feasible and effective with the advantages of fewer iterations and less computation time over other algorithms.

    A new definition of outlier factor is given,by which the data are divided into normal,abnormal,and critical states.On the basis of this,an outlier detection model based on dynamic threshold is built,which is a real-time online system without training set.With the modified Markov assumption,thresholds are updated dynamically.Experiments show that the proposed algorithm achieves high detection precision with a low false detection rate.

    The technology of speech recognition has been widely used on non-contacting system,where one of the important research directions is the isolated-word speech recognition system based on the digital platform.Endpoint detection,MFCC feature parameters extraction and DTW pattern recognition for the voice signal have been implemented and simulated by Matlab.The results show that the system has strong instantaneity and high recognition rate.

    Beamforming is an important technology in the next-generation wireless cellular networks for better spectrum efficiency.Based on multi-user beam-forming technology,this paper researches the CoMP technology of the cooperative beamforming (CB).The existing interference coordination technology can not solve the low edge user spectral efficiency problem with the ever more serious inter-cell interference in the LTE system.Thus the coordinated multi-point transmission/reception (CoMP) technology is introduced in the LTE-A system.The adjacent inter-cell joint processing (JP) or cooperative beamforming (CB) can suppress Inter-cell interference and effectively improve the received signal quality,the system capacity and the spectrum efficiency for cell-edge users.

    In view of the inability of the particle swarm optimization algorithm to adapt to the complex nonlinear optimization,an improved algorithm is put forward based on the principles of positive and negative feedback to adjust the inertia weight and updating formula of position by random number to adjust.The feedback parameters and updating formula for the improved algorithm are determined by experiment.Simulations of the 4 Classic functions show that the improved algorithm has high accuracy and good stability of solutions,especially in the multi pear function.

    In order to improve the speed and recognition rate of face recognition,the paper proposes a fast kernel principal component analysis based on the mixed kernel principal component analysis (FKPCA) algorithm for face recognition.First we construct two kinds of mixed kernel functions,use the mean vector to build kernel matrix,and then use the proposed kernel principal component analysis algorithm to compute the eigenvectors of the kernel matrix.A large number of experiments are performed on ORL and AR face database,respectively,and a comparison is made between the traditional methods of kernel principal component analysis in their recognition rates and running time.The results show that the proposed kernel principal component analysis has higher recognition rate and shorter operational time,which provides supports for real-time face recognition system in the big data era.

    Face recognition algorithms through non-negative matrix factorization can increase image recognition rat,but it is an iterative algorithm which must simultaneously calculates the base matrix and the coefficient matrix,leading to high computational complexity with many iterations.This paper introduces the 2-dimensional linear discriminant analysis into the non-negative matrix factorization algorithm,and proposes a fast two-dimensional bilateral non-negative matrix factorization algorithm.Experiment results on the AR and the Yale face database show that the proposed algorithm has higher recognition performance as well as a much faster speed than the two-dimensional bilateral non-negative matrix factorization algorithm.

    Optical signal transmission in the OTN will inevitably produce error codes,but the traditional ARQ mode needs feedback channel and the retransmission waiting time,making it unfit for OTN.So FEC circuit is designed with RS code and data interleaving method.In order to improve the circuit performance,the finite field multiplier used in the circuit is optimized.Finally the circuit is verified with relative software,and the results show that the circuit can satisfy FEC technical requirements for OTN.

    A high-speed data acquisition system is designed based on an optical fiber communication network.By way of multi-channel data acquisition,and combined with fiber-optic communications network,the high-speed data acquisition capability has been greatly improved.The system consists of the processing systems,fiber optic networks and the collection module.Signals collected by the front-end optical fiber communication network are processed by analog filter and sampling and then transmitted by the processor.Experiments on the optical data acquisition system prove that the application of fiber-optic communication networks in high speed data acquisition system can achieve optical data access rates less than 10 Gbit·s-1.

    Oxide free Tin nanoparticles are synthesized by a chemical reduction method.Their morphological and thermal characterizations are studied.The X-ray diffraction (XRD) study shows that no oxides of Tin nanoparticles are formed.The thermal characterization by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) exhibits the size dependency of the melting points.The melting point is as low as 202.16 ℃.

    This paper focuses on the design of the solar lodge by unifying the target of maximizing annual power generation amount and minimizing unit capacity cost based on the dimensional homogeneity theory.The seemingly irresolvable and complex double objective problem is translated into the single objective problem of maximizing the life period of economic benefits.Firstly,the model determines the optimal combination of cell type and number and type of inverter based on the parameters of different types of battery and inverter,and calculates the optimal combinations of unit area of the economic benefits to sort on the cell performance.Then,we use greedy algorithm to get the outside battery laying scheme of the solar lodge.Finally,we evaluate our model and promote it further.

    The short loop of QC-LDPC codes in Tanner graph,especially the 4-ring,have extremely disadvantageous influence on iterative decoding performance.This paper proposes a finite-field multiplier method for the design of QC-LDPC,by which QC-LDPC codes are constructed without 4-ring.This paper designs (3,12)regular QC-LDPC codes with code rate,3 060 code length by the method above.The whole layered decoder design is synthesized under StratixII EP2S60F484C4 of Altera.When the maximum iteration number is set to 5,the highest clock frequency can reach 35.38 MHz,and the decoder throughput can reach 92.27 Mbit·s-1.

    Because of the characteristics of wireless time-varying fading channels,there are a lot of uncertainties in the process of communication in the mobile communication system.The adaptive approach can improve the transmission rate or decrease the transmit power when the channel condition is good and decease the rate or increase the power.Simulation results show that the adaptive modulation of system based on the channel conditions can improve the transmission rate at a low BER,and thus better transmission reliability and utilization of bandwidth result.

    As a useful exploration into smart home service related technologies,we have designed an air-conditioning control system.The system uses low-power MSP430 MCU as the main controller,combined with a temperature sensor,an infrared transmission,and Bluetooth communication technology.It has achieved the traditional remote control mode to which we have added automatic control.The Bluetooth mobile phone control mode is also achieved.These two modes can correctly parse control commands,realize the start and stop for air-conditioning,the rise and fall of the temperature,automatic pattern of air-conditioning and other varieties patterns.

    Voice mail service is one important telecom value-added service,and there are many approaches to its realization.Increasingly complicate service requirements for voice mail service increase the number of internal states in voice mail system by many folds.For the limitation of single state realization,this article proposes a design of voice mail system based on finite state machine,which can implement complex states transition.The simulation and test show that the FSM can control states transition of voice mail system very well.The delay of transition is small enough and without glitch.Simple in structure,low in cost and high in reliability,this method provides practical reference for complex states transition.

    Three mainstream fast time-domain channel simulation techniques,namely PDA (Peak Distortion Analysis),DER (Double Edge Responses) and MER (Multiple Edge Responses) are analyzed,then BTDS (Best Time-Domain Simulation) is put forward.With the improved method for obtaining the worst pattern,the accuracy of the eye diagram is improved.BTDS is predicted as accurate as MER in the calculation of the height of eye diagram and more accurate than MER in the calculation of width of eye diagram.In addition,BTDS overcomes the problem that PDA cannot calculate signal with asymmetric edges and that DER cannot calculate the worst pattern.BTDS reveals great value in high-speed time-domain simulation.

    In recent years,the use of remote sensing images for ship detection and surveillance and technological development has received considerable attentions in the field of ocean remote sensing.This issue has been one of the most important marine applications of remote sensing data.When the ocean remote sensing imagery is used for ship wake detection,one can discover and extract ship target information quickly and effectively.The main work of the article is to estimate ship target speed and heading by using the ship wake characteristics in the remote sensing ocean images.We use gray accumulation method and Radon transform method separately to extract wake length,and with the feature of wake length we can estimate ship speed and heading.Finally,the experimental results and error analysis are accomplished and the influencing factors in the process of ship wake detection are described simply.The experimental results verify the validation of the proposed method.

    This paper presents a method for license plate detection based on improved AdaBoost algorithm and HSV color model.With respect to the overfitting and low detection rate appeared in the training process of traditional AdaBoost algorithm,this article makes some improvements to weight updating rule of traditional AdaBoost algorithm and weight parameter of weak classifiers,and constructs the first strong classifier by HSV color model,thus a cascade classifier for license plate detection.Experimental results show that license plate detector obtained by this method improves the detection rate and detection speed of license plate,and to some extent avoids overfitting.

    This paper studies the unsupervised saliency detection method.Based on the assumption that salient objects are sparsely scattered over the image,we propose the sparse and low rank based saliency detection method.According to the priori distribution of image background,we select an effective background dictionary to represent the image background and thus separate the salient foreground.Compared with other saliency detection method the background dictionary in our method is simple and effective,and can help locate the salient objects accurately.Experimental results show that compared with other method a difference does exist in favor of ours.

    This paper uses the silicon avalanche diode (APD) as the photoelectric sensor,converting the light background noise or the measured diffuse target laser to a weak voltage pulse,and after amplified by two low noise variable gain amplifier AD603,the signal becomes larger amplitude voltage pulse.The programmable logic device (CPLD) processor collects the pulse number in unit time,and changes the APD bias by D/A conversion circuit,driving high-voltage module.Finally we finish the design of the airborne pulse laser range finder with high sensitivity of closed loop negative feedback of weak laser receiving circuit.

    This paper introduces a design of RS422 signal processing interface circuit based on FPGA with adjustable baud rate,length of data and stop bit,and optional parity function.The design uses Altera Cyclone chips EP3C80F780I7 for control,and the differential signal processing chip ADM2687EBRIZ ADIfor the RS422 processing.All operational functions of the design are accomplished by hardware logic.The design has characteristics of high reliability and versatility.

    Based on Symmetric DC bias,Symmetric layout and advanced COMS process techniques,a high precision COMS operational amplifier with low offset voltage is designed.Test results show that it has achieved an max offset voltage of less than 2 mV,an open-loop gain of 98 dB,bandwidth of 10.4 MHz,phase margin of 55 degree,psrr of -87 dB with load of 100 pF capacitance and a resistance of 10 kΩ.This circuit can be used in a wide range of applications,such as high precision analog and digital mixer circuit,high precision simulation,calculation,and control systems.

    In view of the fact that traditional phase interferometers are incapable of simultaneous signal DOA estimation,a simultaneous signal DOA estimation based on phased interferometer is presented.The digitalchannelized technology is introduced to solve simultaneous signal detection,using multi baseline antenna structure to improve the direction of arrival (DOA) precision.Theoretical analysis and simulation experiment show that simultaneous signal DOA estimation can be realized by this method.

    This paper introduces a method for generating triangular frequency modulated signal based on PLL systems,and the optimization of signal linearity is studied.By changing the ratio N of frequency divider in the phase locked loop system rapidly,a corresponding VCO control voltage to output the triangular frequency modulated signal is generated.The key of this method is the choice of transition period Δt of frequency division ratio N.Under the premise that the transition period Δt is greater than lock time,the shorter the Δt is,the higher the linearity.By measuring the actual circuit,the feasibility of this method has been verified.This method has the advantages of mature circuit structure,high reliability and convenient adjustment over other schemes.

    Modbus RTU has extensive application in field bus communication.When PC is working as a master,the real-time communication and the interface response of PC have a conflict because of the master/slave response mode adopted by Modbus.To solve the conflict,the multithreading technology of LabWindows/CVI is applied.Tasks with high real-time demanding are endowed with corresponding priority and arranged into sub-threads.The Modbus communication program of automatic cigarette-wrapping machine is composed by multithreading.The result of the experiment shows that the master has a fast response towards the manipulation through human-computer interaction and achieves the communication between master and slaves without conflict.

    To accurately measure the parameters of triangular linear frequency modulation pulse signal,this paper proposes a new measurement approach which combines time domain and modulation domain methods.Firstly,we estimate the decision threshold based on the statistic value of the signal's envelope in time domain.The pulse number,pulse width and other time domain parameters are measured by using this threshold.And then on the basis of the time domain results,the frequency curve is obtained using phase differential algorithm,which yields a more accurate linearity measure in modulation domain.Simulations show that the proposed method is more computational effective and has lower measurement errors under high signal-to-noise ratio background than the existing approaches.

    The CW radar has been widely used in military navigation,battlefield reconnaissance and other areas due to its advantages of simple structure,small volume,no distance blind,low cost,low power consumption and low probability of intercept.This paper is focused on the key problems of dual frequency CW radar,multiple frequency CW radar,stepped-frequency CW radar and stepped frequency shift keying CW radar,which are simulated to get the characteristics of each waveform.The results show that the stepped-frequency CW radar can solve the problem of multi-target identification within a treatment cycle.

    This paper studies the data conversion system between CAN bus and PCI bus,and introduces the hardware circuitry and logic programming systems.FPGA and PCI interface chip PCI9054 and microprocessor are used to realize fast communication between large amounts of data industrial field bus CAN nodes and the host computer.The designed PCI_CAN data conversion system gives a maximum data transfer rate of 1 Mbit·s-1 and a communication distance greater than 10 km,meeting the performance requirements of the CAN bus.The FPGA+PCI9054 design offers easy system upgrade and migration,and comparability with a variety of different types of computers without PCI not found errors or blue screens.

    Aiming at the unstable condition of running voltage of power grid,Static Compensator (STATCOM) is used to compensate reactive power for power grid to stabilize running voltage.The relationship between running voltage and reactive power is given.The basic structure and working principle of STATCOM are discussed.The control method and control strategy are also described and analyzed.According to the working principle and control method,STATCOM model based on the two controlling variables of δ and λ is built in the Matlab environment.Simulation result shows that STATCOM can precisely and quickly compensate reactive power which the power grid desires,and the purpose of stabilizing running voltage is achieved.

    A poorly designed power distribution network (PDN) may cause excessive power supply noise.This paper presents an accurate capacitor Spice modeling method based on S-parameter measurements and vector fitting method.Compared with the traditional Monte Carlo capacitor Spice modeling,this capacitor modeling method proves accurate and practical.In order to solve the re-design problem caused by manually choosing the number of decoupling capacitors,a decoupling capacitors selected algorithm based on maximum contrary point is proposed.
