    The high level abstract description capability of the hardware description language and simulation capability of the current EDA platform are combined to resolve the bottleneck in the design of largescale reversible logic circuits by reversible logic synthesis. Service bits are added to the module, which offers the module both a corresponding function and reversibility. The module is also instantiated for the reversible arithmetic logic unit to be described and synthesized. The simulations show that the proposed method is feasible and effective.

    The recognition of signal modulation is a base problem for sorting radar signals and releasing jamming signals in the area of electronic countermeasure. In this paper, a novel method is proposed for the recognition of hybrid modulation radar signal combined with FSK and BPSK based on the resemblance coefficient and amplitude parameter. The proposed approach recognizes FSK/BPSK signals without negative effect on the modulation recognition of other received radar signals. After feature extracting of radar signal spectrum, a hierarchical neural network is designed for identifying the common used six radar modulation types. Simulation results show that the successful recognition rate is over 98% with the SignaltoNoiseRatio (SNR) greater than 5 dB.

    For the application of the RF receiver with DCDC switch power supply, the LMS algorithm is proposed to eliminate the interference from the base band because of too large power ripple noise. Starting from the ripple noise modeling, according to the ZigBee standard, an RF receiver simulation model with ripple noise interference is built using Simulink. The adaptive filter based on the two stage LMS algorithm is used to eliminate the ripple noise from the baseband. The simulation results show that the RF receiver system with LMS algorithm noise elimination can work normally at ripple voltages less than 100 mV, and that the LMS algorithm can reduce the interference of the ripple noise to the RF receiver at voltages greater than 100 mV.

    Due to the low cost, less peripheral components, wide voltage range input, low energy consumption, and support for multiple outputs, the flyback power switch is very popular, but the output voltage ripple seriously affects its performance. We add an LC filter circuit in the output thus obtaining a small output voltage ripple and good performance. Simulation results show that the output increase of LC filter circuit is effectively improved by our method.

    A video compression transmission system based on TMS320DM365 is designed, which is not conducive to the storage and transmission of the original video data. The multichannel analog video is converted into digital video with compressed encoding and packaged into TS standard stream in TMS320DM365. Setting of such parameters as resolution, frame rate, P/I ratio is provided for use in various application scenarios. Experimental results show that video compression transmission of 25 frames per second and D1 resolution is achieved, meeting the needs of video surveillance.

    The traditional digital modem designed using FPGA + DSP or ADC mode performs data transmission by the bus storage and transmission. But the design of transmission bus is difficult. The new Xilinx platform ZYNQ is adopted to solve this problem. The IP core of the CPFSK demodulation algorithm is designed by taking advantage of the parallel computing capability of PL, and accessed by the PS via AXI bus at a speed of up to 10 Gbit/s, thus improving the processing speed and the flexibility of the system while reducing the system size and power consumption.

    Noncoherent demodulation is often adopted in Telemetry station equipment, which requires the receiver to set the intermediate frequency (IF) bandwidth based on the code rate. Unreasonable IF bandwidth will lead to increased telemetry demodulation error rate. The military standard defines the choice of different number of stalls IF bandwidth. The influence of intermediate frequency bandwidth of BER performance is simulated and analyzed in order to select the appropriate optimal intermediate frequency bandwidth for different code rates according to the principle of FM signal demodulation for non coherent frequency discrimination demodulation method. The simulation results show that the optimal bit error rate (BER) performance is obtained with a recommended value of 1.7 times the code rate for the intermediate frequency bandwidth parameters. The simulation analysis results are verified by hardware experiments.

    In view of the traditional breaker for ship with low sampling precision and poor realtime performance, this article combines the alternate current breaker in frame type used in domestic ship and direct current controller of advanced foreign technology, and presents a new intelligent controller scheme. The Dc current signal is converted to the millivolt signal though a diverter, and then the signal is processed by the control unit for the intelligent controller to drive the movement of actuator according to the requirements of protective properties. The results show that the intelligent controller satisfies the requirements of three periods of protection with its high precision, wide range of adjustment and high reliability.

    Conductive electromagnetic interference is the main interference source of switching power supply, and the parameter of the power products from the international EMC rules has become one of the most critical parameters of the power supply. Based on the principles of the switching power supply and the characteristics of the components, the electromagnetic interference mechanism of the switching power supply is analyzed, and the measures to restrain the conduction interference in the switching power supply are studied. In this paper, the suppression measures of the filter are studied, and the properties of filter elements (capacitors and inductors) are analyzed. The application results of EMI suppression of the switching power supply in vacuum contactor indicate that the filter and other suppression methods have a good effect on electromagnetic interference.

    The satellite positioning requires the capture and tracking of satellite signals. In this paper a C/A code of L1 band GPS signals were located. The visible satellite signal parameters that can be roughly estimated from the received signal are captured for the receiver to initialize the tracking loop and start tracking the signal. Parameter refinement is performed by the code tracking and carrier tracking module, after which the navigation data are demodulated. Simulation results show that the proposed method is accurate and fast in capturing and tracking the scheduled satellite signals from 32 satellites.

    Judging only by experience whether a measured picture contains cancer cells is a huge task is relatively low in accuracy. This paper introduces a cell image segmentation and recognition algorithm based on the morphology. The image is pretreated by expansion or corrosion, and then the roundness threshold is set to be compared with the calculated roundness of each cell to find suspicious cancer cells. Experiments show that the algorithm greatly reduces the workload of medical staff, and significantly improves the accuracy of cancer cells recognition to more than 95%.

    For the problem, this paper proposed a new skew detection algorithm based on the baseline of document for detecting the angle of the document image. The algorithm obtains the minimum external rectangles and the frames of the characters by the regionlabelingautomata, and eliminates the redundancy of characters based on the areas of the parts and the line height difference of the adjacent characters. A straight line is fitted as the baseline based on the frame of rest characters, and the skew angle is evaluated by the moment calculation. The experimental results show that this algorithm is effective and can improve the accuracy.

    A combination of multiple image feature information and graph cut algorithm is proposed for segmenting target by introducing multiple feature image information into the graph cut algorithm to reduce the negative influence on the target image of noise, complex background and other factors in the segmentation process. First, multiple image features are selected to compose the feature vectors, and the feature vectors of labeled target and background seed points are clustered by FCM. Second, the shortest distance of each pixel to the cluster center of each seed point of the two types is calculated, according to which the energy function is constructed. Finally, the maximum flow minimum cut method is used to get the results of image segmentation. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm significantly improves the segmentation results over the traditional graph cut algorithm.

In this paper, we presents a hybrid algorithm harmony scheduling algorithm by combining the crossover of genetic algorithm and the dynamic PAR method to expand the search range of basic harmony search algorithm and preventing falling into local optimum, thus achieving the shortest time. Cloudsim simulation shows this algorithm can significantly reduce the average schedule time.

    A driver for the double Gigabit Ethernet cards integrated in the Loongson 1B processor on the Tianmai embedded realtime operating system is designed and implemented. The driver supports not only simultaneous Ethernetbased debugging and communication but also one card for debugging and the other for communication. Experimental results show that the designed Ethernet driver functions correctly for the Loongson 1B double Gigabit Ethernet cards on the Tianmai embedded operating system, realizing reliable operation and normal Ethernet communication functions.

    A calculation method of correlation similarity with normal distribution function as a correction function is proposed based on the traditional correlation for better accuracy of seeking the nearest neighbor set in the collaborative filtering recommendation system. The normal distribution function is employed to correct the negative effect because of the number of items between users on similarity calculation, which well reflects the degree of similarity of users. The experimental results show that the proposed method offer better accuracy of searching for the nearest neighbor set than the traditional method of correlation similarity under the same conditions.

The hardware consists of the CAN circuit module and the Gigabit gateway circuit module with ax88180 and m88e1111 as the major components. The software is based on the VxWorks RTOS platform. The socket programming is employed to realize the protocol conversion between Ethernet and CAN Bus. Tests verify that the design of Gigabit gateway is feasible.

    The purpose of this study is to explore the method of tuning servo parameters for direct feed drive, which can finally improve the fastresponsiveness, following precision and antiinterference performance of direct feed drive. The main difficulty in using the traditional method to tune servo parameters is analyzed and a servo parameters tuning method of direct feed drive based on PSO algorithm is proposed. First of all, the servo system mathematical model for direct feed axis is established. Secondly, the paper gives the implementation method to tune servo parameters for direct feed drive by the PSO algorithm. Finally, the movement characteristics of direct feed drive are simulated by Matlab/Simulink. The simulation results show that the improved PSO algorithm yields better dynamic behavior of the direct feed drive axis than the conventional servo parameters tuning method, improving the fast-responsiveness, following precision and anti-interference performance of direct feed drive.

    Integral nonlinearity (INL) is an important parameter affecting the performance of ADC. This article uses the method of dynamic model based on the integral nonlinearity of high precision ADC chip AD6645 for modeling and correction, significantly improving the AD6645 performance. The test results show that at a bandwidth of 30 MHz, the SFDR, SINAD, ENOB of ADC are improved. This calibration algorithm is hopefully applicable to all pipelined ADCs.

    Air wake will be generated behind the body of the ship which voyages in the sea under the influence of the oceanic atmospheric environment. The existence of the air wake will greatly affect the carrierbased aircraft, resulting in the decline of the safety and the flight quality of the aircraft in its approaching and landing. A ship air wake model is built to study the impacts on the carrierbased aircraft in its approaching and landing where the ship air wake exists, and the spatial distribution of the velocity of the air wake are simulated in Matlab on a PC with reference to the specifications of the MILF8785C standard. The total turbulence velocity of the air wake is finally obtained in horizontal and vertical directions. The conclusion from the simulation of the model needs to be further validated by more experimental data.

    This paper proposes and hardware implements a combined filtering algorithm based on the principles of VSLMS and the subspace filtering algorithm. The subspace algorithm tries to find a voice signal decomposition point and separates the signal from the noise, so that the signal can be used as the input of VSLMS. The signal is then enhanced by VSLMS. The SOPC technology is employed to build the embedded voice noise reduction system on the basis of software algorithm. The experiment results show that the method is superior in convergence speed to the traditional noise reduction algorithm by its use of the hardware architecture.

    The regression analysis method is proposed for obtaining the ideal fan characteristic curve in this paper. Matlab modeling and simulation is performed based on the measured data. The regression results are compared to yield the ideal fan characteristic curves, avoiding the nonsmooth fitting curves and poor regression effect by the conventional methods and effectively reflecting the performance of the factory fan.

    The DVHop algorithm is a classical algorithm for node localization in wireless sensor networks. In this paper, an improved algorithm is proposed based on the classical DVHop algorithm to reduce the positioning error accumulated in the multi hop process by introducing a better error correction and the hyperbolic location algorithm. After comparing and analyzing the classical DVHop algorithm and the improved algorithm, the simulation results show that the improved DVHop algorithm can improve the positioning accuracy significantly, with the positioning error reduced by about 50% under the given conditions.

    This paper proposes an experimental method based on digital image processing algorithm for the accurate and convenient measurement of the velocity distribution of particles of the rotating cylinder in the roller. The most suitable short exposure time is determined first for the particle trajectory images to be captured within this exposure time. The movement distance of the region of interest is then calculated by the algorithm of the digital image processing to get the distribution of particle velocity. The accurate analysis of the experiment data show that the method and theory of this experiment has a mere error of less than 8%, indicating that measuring the particle distribution by image processing can expand the research work effectively.

    A parallel position information extraction method based on CSS template is proposed to address the high redundancy and low efficiency due to the lack of adaptability and parallelism by existing position information extraction method. The information extraction that employs the CSS path builds the extraction template according to the structure of the job web page, thus guaranteeing the accuracy and adaptability. The parallel extraction is based on the MapReduce. The MD5 algorithm is used to compute the value of extracted information, and the values are used in the Reduce function to reduce the duplicate position information. Finally, the position information is saved in HBase, a distributed columnoriented database. Experimental results on a set of data show that the proposed approach offers better extraction efficiency and the speed than the nonparallel extraction programming model.

    This paper constructs an almond image feature detection system based on machine vision for higher almond sorting efficiency. A variety of digital image processing technologies are employed for the identification of different almond images. The Matlab algorithm is studied and the sorting system software is implemented by using C++ image processing library to call Opencv. Tests show that the impurity almond recognition rate improves up to 94% after verification.

    A character detection system based on the machine vision software Halcon is proposed in view of the low efficiency of manual detection of the brake characters. Under the condition of uneven illumination, the algorithm makes full use of the shape characteristics of the brake, determines the appropriate segmentation method and the best threshold value through 30 images testing, and locates the ROI (character region). It solves the problem of character breaking through appropriate expansion and especially distinguishes I and 1. The recognition rate of the testing images is 96% .The results show that the algorithm can identify the characters of the brake efficiently and accurately.

    With organs on the body surface as the main application of very high frequency ultrasound, sector scan ultrasonic on the organization of the incident angle in the imaging plane distribution is extremely uneven, leading to a serious decline in the imaging quality of image edge. In this paper, a voice coil motor and its servo control system are proposed for the linear scan of the high frequency ultrasonic probe. The servo system uses STM32F103 as the main control chip and the photoelectric encoder as the position sensor, and adopts the PD algorithm for PWM drive voltage regulation. The appropriate control parameters are selected based on the system simulation and experiment. The experimental results show that the motor and its control system have the advantages of simple structure and high precision, which meets the requirements of ultrasonic imaging.

    An intelligent gateway solution based on ZigBee and Android technology is proposed for smart home remote wireless control. The wifi chip ESP8266 and the TI ZigBee chip CC2530are adopted to build the ZigBeeWiFi intelligent gateway with the UART serial port passthrough function. The Android mobile intelligent terminal is connected to the intelligent gateway for the remote control and centralized management of equipment monitoring, home lighting and security devices. The results show that the intelligent gateway realizes the remote control function by the mobile terminal and achieves stable operation, reliable data transmission, good portability and scalability, thus offering a smart, convenient, energyefficient living environment.

    A new type of small diameter pipe detection system is designed to improve precision of detection system for oilpipe internal coating thickness. The optical model is established based on the direct laser triangulation principle with its parameters optimized through MATLAB. The calibration experiment of the sensor is carried out and the data are processed by binarization. The parameter b, the most important effect on sensitivity of optical system, is corrected based on parameter identification. The actual value of the parameter b is 33.88 mm. A second calibration experiment is carried out, and its results indicate that using the identified b improves the measuring precision at the range of ±0.02mm, which meets the measuring requirement. The measuring precision by this calibration method based on parameter identification improves one order of magnitude over those by the traditional calibration method.

    The paper presents a small weather station based on C8051F350 MCU and several sensors for measuring atmospheric parameters. The system can measure the wind direction, wind speed, air temperature, atmospheric humidity, atmospheric pressure and concentration of PM2.5, and upload the data to the upper computer for display and storage. Experiments show the designed weather station is capable of atmospheric measurement under general conditions.

    Traditional vehicle detection is difficult, time consuming and statistical complex. A design of the auto remote date detection system based on LabVIEW and the CAN communication protocol is proposed. It can send control command to the industrial computer quickly owing to the use of the CAN communication protocol design, the wireless remote control design, the USB driver design and the printer design, thus realizing the functions of auto detection and recording of all memory test results in Excel format. Besides, it is fast, stable, and capable of realtime record and printing. Experiments show that this system is applicable in the detection industry, especially in vehicle detection.

    Traditional substations suffer from data collection anomalies, time disorders and other problems due to information system data duplication cross collection. To solve the problem, this paper develops and designs an intelligent substation information platform based on IEC61850, which serves as a substation on the basis of data with a unique standard information after data simplification and harmonization to achieve the exchange and sharing of information within and outside the substation, as well as data support for the control, operation and maintenance of the grid system. The simulation results show the platform meets the IEC 61850 standard for realtime data and information requirements.

    0.85(Bi0.5Na0.5)TiO30.10(Bi0.5K0.5) TiO30.05BaTiO3, (85BNT10BKT5BT) thin films were prepared on Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si (100) substrate by the metal organic matter decomposition (MOD) method. The structure and domain switching behaviors under external fields of the thin film were characterized and analyzed by the Xray diffraction, scanning probe microscope (SEM) and piezoelectric force microscope (PFM). The results show the thin film was mainly with perovskite phase and little pyrochlore. It has a continuous surface without obvious holes. The largest piezoelectric coefficient of this film reaches 150 pm/V, and the 180 domain switching and 90 domain switching behaviors were observed by PFM under external electric field and applied force, respectively. Based on the microstructure, the mechanism of domain switching behaviors is discussed. These results can provide useful information for the development and application of piezoelectric film in MEMS.

    Plastic welding experiments with a 50 W diode laser device were performed with transparent and opaque PMMA as experimental materials. The best combination range of technique parameters for PMMA is found from different process welding experiments designed by controlling the variables. The experiments show that one of many best technique parameters combinations is a welding power of 10 W, a welding velocity of 20 mm/s and a spot diameter of 1.6mm, and that the PMMA welding power should be no more than 30 W under the circumstance of this article.

    Ionic liquids are mainly applied in the field of chemistry and rarely applied as physical material. In this paper, ionic liquids are used as a new type of fluid material for microfluidic. We propose a novel method for driving an ionic liquid based on the principle of magnetic hydrodynamics. In order to visually observe and study the flow phenomenon of ionic liquids, we designed two experiments: the driving force measurement and the ionic liquid flow velocity measurement. Experimental results show that the flow rates are 7.8 μl/s at applied directcurrent potentials of 8V in a 0.4T magnetic field. The experimental results are compared with theoretical results to show the motion law of ionic liquids in driven magnetic field. Our research promotes the application of ionic liquids in microfluidics and optoelectronics.

    The working principles of ultrashort wave therapy apparatus are the use of electronic tube oscillation due to the ultrashort wave with high frequency electric field for the treatment of patients. The application of single chip microcomputer as the ultrashort wave therapy instrument control system has better performance of treatment. The functions and system structure of ultrashort wave therapy apparatus are introduced, the performance characteristics, classification, application of the single chip and the ultrashort wave therapy apparatus software flow are discussed, and a systematic analysis of ultrashort wave therapy instrument based on AVR microcontroller is made. The future development trend of ultrashort wave therapy instruments is outlined.
