    Simulation Modeling of Electric Servo Loading System Based on Simulink

    The mathematical model was the foundation of the algorithm research of the motor servo loading system. T In this paper, a MATLAB/Simulink simulation model was established by mechanism modeling to facilitate the later algorithm research. The mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor is deduced in detail, and the mathematical model of PMSM module, inverter module and SVPWM algorithm module was established. The MATLAB/Simulink simulation model of the motor was established by building a complete simulation model of the PMSM vector control system. The MATLAB/Simulink overall model of the electric servo loading system was established by coupling the intermediate connecting parts. Finally,the accuracy of the overall model of the motor servo loading system was verified through the simulations and experiments under the active and passive loading state of steps and sines, respectively.

    The dynamic response discipline of the sleeper and the selection of the optimal operating parameters were studied for the track dynamic stabilizer under different track conditions. A lateral dynamics model of the dynamic stabilize unit-track system was established. The dynamic model was simulated by MATLAB software combined with numerical integration method. The dynamic response law of the sleeper and the optimal excitation frequency of the dynamic stabilize unit were obtained when the track dynamic stabilizer was under different track conditions. The research results showed that in the same excitation frequency range, with the increase of lateral stiffness and damping of the ballast bed, the average lateral dynamic response of the sleeper became smaller. Meanwhile, the optimal excitation frequency was 31~33 Hz for the track bed conditions studied in this paper.

    Adaptive Positions Fusion for Visual Tracking

    To improve the real-time and robust performances of hierarchical convolutional features for visual tracking method, the adaptive positions fusion based on multiple correlation filters for visual tracking was proposed. Firstly, features were extracted from Pool4 layer of VGG-19 network. Besides, multi-channel feature maps were pruned by average feature energy ratio to speed up the algorithm. Moreover, it trained several correlation filters with different Gaussian distributions of training samples, and fused all the predicted positions adaptively. Finally, the sparse model update strategy was used to further speed up. The proposed algorithm was evaluated on OTB100 benchmark dataset. The results showed that the average precision was 86.3%, which was 2.6 percentage points higher than the hierarchical convolutional features for visual tracking method. It was robust when there were occlusion、deformation and similarity interference. The average speed was 45.2 frames per second, four times than the original method and had favorable real-time performance.

    As a kind of colloidal edible fungus, auricularia auricular was rich in a variety of nutrients, among which polysaccharide was one of the most important functional ingredients. According to the classification of polysaccharides from Auricularia auricula, it was different from the traditional chemical detection method, and the detection speed was slow. In this paper, infrared spectrometry was used to carry out nondestructive detection of polysaccharides in northeast auricularia auricular samples, and the algorithm is modeled by SVM simulation. The accuracy of the recognition result of the auricularia auricular polysaccharide classification model was 85.7% and the recall rate was 87.3% , F1-score was 0.864, which achieved the expected goal. The experiment proved that compared with the conventional black fungus polysaccharide detection method, the high-precision auricularia auricular near-infrared spectrum polysaccharide classification model established by the support vector machine algorithm is feasible.

    The traditional radar altimeter based on wave gate splitting method and half-power point method was greatly affected by noise and scattering fluctuation of ground scattering units, thus affecting the accuracy of height estimation. In this paper, the minimum mean square error fitting height estimation algorithm was proposed. The algorithm was based on the analytic model of ground echo, which made full use of the ground echo energy, so as to improve the accuracy of height estimation. The simulation results showed that the accuracy of the minimum mean square error was better than that of wave gate splitting method and the half power point method at different heights, and the influence of noise and ground scattering fluctuation on the accuracy of height estimation was reduced.

    To balance load of cluster heads in wireless sensor networks and reduce extra energy consumption, this paper proposed a modified routing algorithm based on time competition clustering. Firstly, the algorithm limited sensors closed to base station into cluster to avoid that clustering energy saving benefits could not compensate for the cluster energy consumption. Secondly, the algorithm used base station broadcast common messages and clustered with time competition to reduce energy consumption for basic information exchange. Thirdly, the algorithm chose nodes according to optimal hops and high residual energy in candidates of cluster-heads as next relay node. In this way, the algorithm could balance load of cluster heads and save more energy. As shown in the simulation experiment, compared with LEACH and DEBUC, the algorithm prolonged network lifetime which used 30% nodes death as network failure, indicating the algorithm was valid in decreasing energy consumption and balancing load.

    In order to measure the change of velocity after the spray of liquid droplets in the process of tobacco leaf feeding, it provided effective data for the evaluation of the uniformity of tobacco feed. In this experiment, the image of the sprayed droplets were collected from the axial direction of the nozzle, and the collected images were pre-processed and image segmentation. Classifying the segmented droplets by pattern classification, and calculating the velocity of each type of droplet according to the measurement method of high-speed camera imaging. The results shown that the accuracy of the data calculated by the model classification was 95.65%, and the calculated speed error was 4.6%. Both data were within the specified range. The experiment used a high-speed camera to acquire images, and the droplet velocity was calculated by software. Compared with the earlier experimental scheme, reduced measurement equipment prices for low-cost measurements. The measurement method of the pattern classification had higher accuracy, which could provide reliable analysis for subsequent feeding uniformity analysis. The data was more efficient and at the same time played the foundation for the intelligence of data measurement.

    RRPP can prevent broadcast storms caused by data loops. When the main link between the edge node and the assistant edge node failed, the assistant edge node will block the edge port after the edge node received Major-Fault packet. The edge node at this time just like an “island.” In this paper, all the subrings in the ring ware stored in a custom linked list from small to large according to the above problem. When the edge node received Major-Fault packet, the edge port of the smallest sub-ring in the ring network was selected, and the state of the edge port was changed from blocking to releasing. It solved the problem of traffic interruption at the edge port when the primary ring link fails.At this point, the edge node removes the blockage and is no longer an “island” of traffic failure.

    Aiming at the problem that the development efficiency of the code or device in the previous carrier synchronous phase-locked loop is inherited and non-portable, a scheme of reconfiguring carrier synchronous PLLs in the form of reusing FPGA components was proposed. The scheme extracted the common modules of different phase-locked loops through functional decomposition, mapped suitable algorithms for functional modules and implemented them in FPGA. The method used the OCP protocol to encapsulate the interface to generate the FPGA component, and finally reused component to construct a new phase-locked loop application. The simulation results showed that the component reuse rate exceeded 60%, proving the correctness and effectiveness of the new method.

    A new amplitude weighting method was proposed to improve the cross correlation method for time delay estimation in passive TDOA location. Amplitude weighting used the amplitude-frequency characteristic of the input signal to amplify the amplitude at the frequency of the cross-correlation power spectrum function signal, and relatively weakened the influence of the small peak of the power spectrum outside the signal frequency point, thereby approximating the ideal cross-correlation power spectrum conditions for accurate estimation of the delay value, which further improved the accuracy of time delay estimation. The simulation results showed that the amplitude weighted cross correlation method could calculate the time delay more accurately than the traditional cross correlation method when the signal-to-noise ratio was low. This method had a certain reference value for the research of time delay estimation.

    Angle jump occurred during the process of rotated of the antenna control unit maintenance. To address this problem, the acquisition and decode process of antenna angle were analyzed to investigate the limitations of the current use of binary combination coding algorithm. In this paper, the reason for the occurrence of code hopping when the phase difference of coarse and fine code exceeded the correctable range was theoretically analyzed, and an improved combination algorithm of rough and residual numbers and precise extremum was proposed. The theoretical analysis and simulation results showed that the error correction ability of the new algorithm was twice that of the binary combination coding algorithm.

    A set of submarine data recycling system was designed based on the Beidou satellite independently developed by China. The main control chip STM32L was responsible for controlling the working status. The communication positioning chip RD0538 collected and analyzed position information. Finally, the data to be transmitted back and the positioning data were transmitted through the Beidou first generation satellite. The test result showed that the positioning accuracy met the requirements for maritime use. The system had a simple structure and a small size, and the user could set the system transmission frequency.By reducing the power consumption, the system was able to extend its working time to 9 days.

    The amount of data transmitted during the traditional UAV acquisition and transmission process often resulted in high consumption of the UAV battery. Aiming at solving the problem, a CsRGAN model that combined super-resolution reconstruction and gray-scale image colorization was proposed. The low resolution grayscale image was reconstructed by generating a network: the image was first subjected to resolution amplification, color filling was performed, and then the image was corrected by the discriminator, and finally the image was reconstructed into a color high-definition image. The experimental results showed that under the fixed area, the model could reduce the transmission data of the drone aerial photography and improve the battery utilization of the drone under the condition of ensuring the imaging quality. These results proved the model had strong robustness.

    In order to solve the problem of urban traffic congestion and provide people with high quality services, this paper proposed a real-time road condition detection system based on the big data analysis of the Internet of Vehicles. In this paper, GPS technology was used to collect the vehicle data. Sample collection was obtained through data cleaning and data repair. The improved fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm was used to analyze the sample data, and the average speed of each road segment was obtained, and then the traffic of the corresponding road segment was obtained.Tests showed that the system could accurately obtained the traffic data of the vehicles on the road and identify the traffic status of the current road section. These illustrated the rationality and correctness of the system design.

    In order to solve exponentially increasing data processing problems and improve data storage and computing power efficiently and quickly, this paper proposed a cloud computing-based data mining system design. The system first analyzed the component composition and operation mechanism of the mainstream cloud computing platform Spark, and deeply studied the programming principle of its computing architecture. At the same time, Spark was used to parallelize the C4.5 algorithm and K-medoids clustering algorithm, which effectively improved the running speed, convergence speed and stability of the algorithm. The test showed that in the analysis and processing of massive data, the cloud computing platform proposed in this paper could effectively improve the computing speed of the whole system and improve the classification efficiency.

    Aiming at the problem that the existing independent architecture of signaling data storage and analysis application module is not conducive to the preservation and analysis of signaling data, this paper designed an integrated signaling storage and application platform architecture based on data mining. By designing the signaling analysis module architecture of parallel data mining, Data Mining Oriented signaling storage technology and signaling data integration application platform, the framework of signaling monitoring platform based on data mining was redefined. The integrated design of signaling data storage and application was realized by using ETL tool in signaling data warehouse. The integrated signaling storage and application platform designed in this paper could effectively analyze the characteristics of signaling data through data mining and improved the efficiency of storage and application of signaling data, which had certain significance for large-scale signaling monitoring.
