一种SPMA协议的动态阈值设置方法

Approach to the adjustment of the dynamic threshold of the SPMA protocol

摘要:

基于统计优先级的多址接入SPMA(Statistical Priority-based Multiple Access)协议出现于TTNT(Tactical Targetting Network Technology)数据链中,是一种基于随机竞争思想的接入方式。该协议联合使用时域和频域资源,并将上层业务划分优先级,通过对比阈值和信道占用来评估信道接入状态并控制各个优先级业务的接入行为。然而,SPMA协议中的固定阈值设置方法存在不能灵活应对通信业务变化的问题,造成时频资源浪费,难以保障异构业务服务质量。因此,提出了基于帧成功传输概率的动态阈值设置方法。该方法利用帧成功传输概率来反映网络实时负载情况,通过对比当前的帧成功传输概率和最高优先级业务的帧成功传输概率来动态调整各个优先级的阈值,使得各优先级业务按需地接入信道,从而维护网络吞吐量的稳定,在提高信道利用率的前提下,保障高优先级业务的接入时延为毫秒级且传输成功率不低于99%。

Abstract:

The Statistical Priority-based Multiple Access (SPMA) protocol appears in the TTNT (Tactical targeting network technology) data link,which is an access mode based on random competition.In this protocol,time domain and frequency domain resources are used together,and the upper layer traffic is divided into priority.By comparing the threshold and channel occupation,the channel access status is evaluated and the access behavior of each priority traffic is controlled.However,the fixed threshold setting method in the SPMA protocol cannot flexibly deal with the changes of communication services,resulting in the waste of time-frequency resources and the difficulty in guaranteeing the quality of service of heterogeneous services.Therefore,this paper proposes a dynamic threshold setting method based on the frame successful transmission probability.This method uses the frame successful transmission probability to reflect the real-time load of the network.By comparing the current frame successful transmission probability with the frame successful transmission probability of the highest priority service,it dynamically adjusts the threshold of each priority,so that each priority service can access the channel on demand.In order to maintain the stability of network throughput,on the premise of improving channel utilization,it is ensured that the access delay of high priority services is less than 2ms and the transmission success rate is not less than 99%.
