摘要: 从电阻产生的物理机制即电子与声子的相互作用出发,对耦合部分有电阻的电容耦合电路进行了量子化. 分析了耦合部分的电阻对量子涨落的影响,同时考虑了温度效应. 结果表明,耦合电容会减小分回路及耦合部分电荷的量子涨落.

Abstract: According to the physical mechanism of teh generation of the resistance or the collisions of electrons with the phonons, the capacitive couple4d electric circuit is quantized when there exists resistance in the coupling part. Effects of the resistance in the coupling part on the quantum fluctuations are given. At the same time, the thermo effect is considered. Results show that the coupling capacitance can reduce the quantum fluctuations of the electric charge in the component circuits and the coupling part.
