摘要: 结合传统的工业控制模型和最新的计算机网络技术,给出了基于TCP协议的远程控制模型和工业解决方案,并进一步给出了在研制的生长GaN材料的金属有机化学蒸发沉积物(MOCVD)设备中的应用,经过试用,取得了良好的应用效果.

Abstract: The model for the remote control system and industry project are designed based on the TCP protocol by combining the traditional industry control model with computer network technology and its application in the MOCVD device control system are given. A better application effect can be obtained by testing.
