摘要： 基于硬件系统和软件系统中的容错冗余技术，提出了在一定约束条件下，使得硬-软件系统可靠度达到最大的最优系统冗余结构模型，并给出了模型的求解方法．

关键词: 硬-软件系统可靠性, 冗余技术, N版本程序设计

Abstract: It is a challenging problem to take the hardware-software systems reliability into account in system reliability design. Based on the fault tolerance technology, this paper presents an optimal redundancy structure model for the hardware-software systems to reach the maximum reliability under a certain constraint. This paper also gives the solution to the model.
