New design of ternary low correlation zone sequence sets

摘要: 利用Helleseth等人提出的周期为3m-1且具有理想自相关性质的三元序列, 运用混淆和平衡的思想,构造出满足一定条件的周期为3m+1-1的列序列集,从而构造出周期为3n-1的三元低相关区序列集.其中m,n为正整数,且满足(m+1)|n.计算结果表明,依Tang-Fan-Matsufuji界,该低相关区序列集是最优的,可用于实际的准同步CDMA系统中.

Abstract: A column sequence set of period 3m+1-1 is devised by the idea of confusion and balance from the ternary sequences of period 3m-1 with the ideal autocorrelation property proposed by Helleseth et al., and new ternary low correlation zone sequence sets of period 3n-1 are constructed by using the column sequence set, where m and n are different positive integers with (m+1)|n. The conclusion shows that the low correlation zone sequence sets are optimal with respect to the Tang-Fan-Matsufuji bound and can be applied to practical quasi-synchronous(QS) CDMA systems.
