Abstract: The asymptotic stability time-delay criteria for the networked control systems are much conservative by solving the linear matrix inequality or the linear quadratic Gaussian problem and they are of great computing complexity. In this paper, an asymptotic stability time-delay criterion for the networked control systems is derived from the matrix norm inequality and the newly constructed Lyapunov function by modeling the networked control systems as a time-delay system and a laconic line search algorithm to determine the bound of the asymptotic stability time-delay is also presented. The example and the comparison analysis with the corresponding criteria are provided to demonstrate the reduced conservatism of the proposed condition.
