ARM detection technique based on the Wigner-Hough transform

Abstract: A method for ARM detection based on local WHT is proposed. By the estimation of the frequency modulation rate of the missile signal, the amount of calculation and the area of detection are reduced. The efficiency of missile detection is improved by reducing the dimension of the itegral from two to one via formula conversion of the Wigner-Hough transform. Computer simulation shows that an accurate and reliable detection of ARM signal can be achieved in the low SNR environment.
