Abstract: In order to solve the problem of integrality authentication for low bit-rate video, a novel video authentication schema based on the fragile watermark is proposed. According to the relationship of the quantilzed DCT coefficients of the intra frame during the H.264 encoding progress, the authentication code is created. After that, the authentication information,as watermark is embedded into the high-frequency quantized DCT coefficients of the intra frame. The integrality authentication is carried out in the decode time and the original video is not needed for extracting the watermark. Experimental results show that this schema could maintain a small change in bit-rate and keep small distortion, which means the proposed schema is effective.
