Abstract: The residual test method, a common fault detection method for sensors, is insensitive to soft fault detection. For the sake of identifying soft faults effectively, a new residual test method based on moving subnormal states is proposed in this paper. And its validity is testified by mathematical simulation results, as shown in figures 1 through 4.
