Abstract: With the pulse load, the digital DC-speed controller which is used in electric running-rigs by a 1~2kW DC motor. Full use is made of the P87LPC768 MPU and the FUZZY-PID algorithm. The digital DC-speed controller can automatically adjust the PID parameter and generate the PWM pulse that can accurately control the electrically driven running-rigs’ velocity. It has a simple structure and a high performance-to-price ratio, and at the same time it can be applied to other small power DC speed governing systems of the same load types.
