Abstract: In the Multi-sensor Information Fusion system the association of ESM data and radar data is a very important part. As the environment becomes more and more complex, the traditional correlation, which use the azimuth as the basis of correlation, can not satisfy the demand of the system. To solve this problem, a new correlation alroithm-Multiple Factor Synthetic Decision Algorithm(MFSDA) is developed in this paper. In the MFSDA, besides the azimuth, the high accurate attribute parameters from the ESM sensor are also considered as the precondition for attribute-track correlation. All the parameters are synthesized into a synthetic function, which is the core of teh MFSDA. If the value of the synthetic function is under the validation gate, the correlation comes into existence. By using the MFSDA the correct association rate is high.
