Research on the 250 W CW Ka-band TWT Transmitter

摘要:

针对应用需求,开展了以行波管为核心的发射机研究工作,研制的发射机增益>70 dB,饱和输出功率达250 W以上,1 dB压缩点输出功率>160 W,效率达40%,输出功率1 dB压缩点后退7 dB时,三阶交调-35 dB。

Abstract:

The travelling wave tube (TWT) transmitter is researched in view of the application demand.The gain of transmitter is greater than 70 dB,saturated output power is more than 250 W,and 1 dB compression point output power is greater than 160 W with an efficiency of 40%.In case of a 7 dB backoff from 1dB compression point,the three order intermodulation is -35 dBc.
