摘要:

介绍了一种带隙基准电路及双向调节其精度的方法。该方法简单实用,实现了高精度调节,通过拉/灌电流对基准电压进行微调和粗调,且不影响基准电路的温度特性,最终达到高精度调节基准电压的目的。

Abstract:

A new two-way trimming circuit for CMOS bandgap reference is presented in this paper.With the sample and practical trimming method to achieve high-precision adjustment,the proposed method utilizing sink and source current to actualize fine and coarse adjustment,and not affect the temperature characteristic of the bandgap.Consequently,the purpose of adjusting the reference voltage accuracy is realized.
