摘要:

为提高雨刮系统的安全性及智能性,以MC9S12DG128为主控制器、MM908E625为雨刮控制器,采用LIN总线的分布式控制方案,设计了一款智能雨刮控制系统。主控单元将液晶触摸信号转换为LIN指令以控制雨刮的启停,并通过红外传感器检测雨量的大小,自动控制雨刷器的摆动频率,使用过程中无需驾驶员手动操作。实验结果表明,该系统能有效地根据雨量对汽车雨刮进行智能控制,具有安全性好、可靠性高和成本低等优点。

Abstract:

An intelligent windscreen wiper system using a distributed control scheme based on LIN bus is designed with MC9S12DG128 as the main controller and MM908E625 as the wiper controller to improve the security and intelligence of the wiper system.The MCU changes the signal of touched screen into a LIN command to control the start-stop of the wiper,and controls the swing frequency of wiper automatically by detecting the volume of rainfall via infrared sensors.Its uses do not require the driver's manual operation.The experimental results show that the system achieves effective intelligent control over automotive wiper according to the rainfall.It has the advantages of good security,high reliability and low cost.
