微波功率放大器的ALC环路设计

Design of ALC for Microwave Power Amplifier

摘要:

针对ALC环路的设计电路复杂、成本较高。文中提出了一种电路简洁且成本较低的ALC环路,该ALC环路由检波部分电路、电压控制衰减器部分电路及差分控制电路组成,详细介绍了各部分电路的原理和电路设计。设计的ALC环路在S波段超过10%的带宽下实现了0.15 dB的输出功率平坦度,且在输入信号5±5 dBm的变化下输出功率仅变化了0.2 dB。

Abstract:

Lots of designs of ALC are complex and costly.In this paper,a simple and low cost ALC is presented,which is composed of detection circuit,voltage controlled attenuator circuit and differential control circuit;and then the principles and circuit design of each part of the circuit is described in detail.ultimately the ALC loop achieve the output power flatness of 0.15 dB in more than 10% bandwidth of S-band,and output power variation is only 0.2 dB under the input signal 5±5 dBm.
