摘要:

介绍了一种多通道应变信号采集系统的模块化设计,解决了飞机强度监测中应用大批量电阻式应变片数据采集和传输的问题。该设计采用3级模块级联而成,可同时采集4 096路应变信号。利用CPLD实现对4 096路模拟信号的数据复接和编解码,并采用光传输技术将数据传输到远端。该设计适用于所有采用电阻式应变片(120 Ω)、采集应变信号的应用。

Abstract:

A modular multi-channel strain signal acquisition system is designed for large quantities of resistive strain gauge data acquisition and transmission in aircraft intensity monitoring.The entire system composed of three modules cascaded together can simultaneously capture 4096 strain signals.CPLD is used to achieve the 4096 analog signal multiplexing and data encoding and decoding,and data are transmitted to the remote using optical transmission technology.The design is suitable for all applications (120 Ω) signal acquisition using resistive strain gages.
