摘要:

针对某医疗器械部件的气密性,研制了以流量式检测法为原理,以ATMEGA128处理器为控制核心的气密性检测仪。该检测仪利用步进电机对其进行自动控制,应用节流阀来稳定气路中被测件的测试压力,并利用高精度传感器接收气路中气流的变化,同时采用触摸屏实现了人机交互。实验结果表明,该检测系统实现了自动检测,并保证了准确性和检测效率。

Abstract:

An air tightness detector controlled by ATMEGA128 core is designed for the air tightness detection of a medical device parts based on the principle of flow method.Stepping motor is used to achieve automatic measurement,throttle to stable the DUT test pressure in gas path,and precision sensors to receive the changes in the gas flow path.Human-computer interaction is achieved by using Touch screen.Results of experiment show that the detection system achieves automatic detection with good accuracy and efficiency.
