X频段速调管发射机现状及发展趋势分析

摘要:

作为深空探测系统核心组成部分之一的发射机,必须为深空探测系统提供大功率的射频能量,使之能探测更远的目标。速调管发射机的突出优点是具有输出大功率的能力,同时工作在X频段,具有较高的效率,且研制成本较低,这些特点是固态发射机所不具备的。因此,研制高转换效率、高可靠性和高输出功率的速调管发射机,是深空探测成功的关键。文中介绍了X频段连续波速调管发射机国外发展现状,并对国内现状和发展趋势进行了分析,利用现有技术,开展大功率连续波速调管发射机研究,为深空探测事业的发展提供了参考。

Abstract:

The transmitter,as the core component of the deep space exploration system,must provide high power radio frequency energy for the system,to detect the distant targets.The outstanding advantage of the klystron transmitter lies in its capability of high power output and operation at the X band with high efficiency and low cost of development,which are not characteristic of the solid-state transmitter.Therefore,the development of high conversion efficiency,high reliability and high output power klystron transmitter is the key to the success of deep space exploration.This paper introduces the development of X band continuous wave (CW) klystron transmitter and reviews the current situation and development trend Using,the development of ultra high power CW klystron transmitter is discussed based on existing technology to provide support for China's deep space exploration.
