摘要:

利用推挽电路和宽边耦合线合成器设计了一种S波段300 W固态高线性功率放大器。推挽电路利于宽带功率匹配,宽边耦合线合成器提高了功率合成的功率容量,从而实现了高线性输出功率的平坦特征。该功率放大器在S波段90 MHz频率范围内实现了线性300 W的功率输出,带内增益65±0.5 dB,三阶互调≤-45 dBc。

Abstract:

This paper describes a solid S-band highly linear power amplifier by using push-pull configuration and broadside coupled lines power combiner.The push-pull configuration makes the amplifier easier to match,and the broadside coupled lines power combiner can handle high power.Accordingly the flat response of the amplifier's high linear output power is realized.Within 90 MHz bandwidth of the S-band,the amplifier provides a gain of 68±0.5 dB,a linear output power of 300 W,and an IM3 of the output signal ≤-45 dBc.
