摘要:

针对现有分选机自动化水平及分选效率低的问题,研发了一种新型自动化分选机。在研究锂电池测量原理和分选工艺的基础上,制定了电池自动分选测量方案,设计了机械设备及其控制系统,并进行了自动分选试运行实测。通过对3种不同品牌的电池进行内阻和电压实测,得到的内阻和电压测试分辨率分别为0.1 mΩ和0.1 mV,该实测结果的精度达到了行业标准要求,且连续分选效率比原先提升了60%以上。

Abstract:

A novel automated sorting machine of high i efficiency s developed.This paper focuses on the designs of the measure scheme,mechanical structure,and control system based on the principles of battery measure.Tests show the mechanical structure and control system can operate normally with cell resistance and voltage accuracies of 0.1 mΩ and 0.1 mV respectively,and an increased sorting efficiency by 60%.
